AVOID. Lost referrals. Deny they accept insurance. They call me RE: referral - oh do not accept…read morethat insurance. Oh we operate multiple businesses here. Other biz accepts that insurance. Appointment goes OK - DOCTOR IS GREAT. Incomplete orders to medical facility. No pain meds @ Rx - another follow-up. Another call to schedule follow-up appointment - forgot to schedule. Unsure if this is "in play" here, but more and more medical practices are nothing more than shells macerating for some conglomerate. Doctors are employees without any ownership or oversight for the staff. Staff turnover is horrific with least cost apparent. There is a valley urology multi-location practice than worse than this. But my opinion a race to the bottom.

It has been 4 weeks since my office visit and I have not heard from Dr. Zhubi office. I don't feel confident dealing with a surgeon or his staff that do not follow up or communicate with patients. This doctor and staff have lost my confidence and I will seek medical care elsewhere.

While most people seem to agree that he is extremely knowledgeable--and I do too--I've also consistently found him to be pleasant, attentive, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, every staff member I've interacted with has been polite and helpful, and my appointments have all run on or close to schedule. Overall, I've had a very positive experience.

First the time notice, I have no time to make another appointment, second he has been with this doctor for more than a year with the same insurance, third the person that call to inform us of this was very unprofessional and basically said that because they are having a problem getting paid from the insurance company which is not a patients issue. Money over patient care. What happened to the oath of do no harm, by not able to keep this appointment he is at risk for infection. First give more time to find a replacement, second train staff to talk to patient with respect and dignity, third do not take it out on patient when issues are over money and insurance company. This is not a doctor issue but a staff issue

No hand shake or a "I see you are a new patient". He asked questioned quickly without any interest. He looked and focused much more on his tablet than on the patient. Right off the bat he wanted to start all these crazy testing.. I mentioned to him again I am here to established myself's new patient and just follow up on my PSA As soon as I mentioned this to him again, he said no follow up. Literally opened the door and walked out the door and stood in the hallway still on his tablet, waiting for me to leave the room. I still had questions for him and instead of him walking back into the room, he stood there in the hallway where everybody can hear the questions I had for him I felt unwelcome, I felt he believed he is a God, big ego for sure. I felt he did not like the color of my skin. He rushed me out of and pointed the way out. I was polite to the staff, answered questions as needed and I treat people the way I would like to be treated. Besides that, one staff member is super nice. The place well kept them clean lots of parking. It's a place I would definitely not go and never recommend in my life. I should've read this reviews before going there.
