I called, and customer service said,"that it was a manufacturing problem and not a customer service problem. "They did come out, said that the dryer duct needed cleaning and to use a de-creaser because I had a Chapstick falling out of my pocket." NO one leaves things in their pockets or uses Chapstick. It's been seven months, and it looks even worse than when I first had it and will continue to go downhill. I did get the dryer duct cleaned out, and it still takes two cycles to dry. The worst place for customer service. I'm calling the BBB again. I will never shop there ever.
