The only reason we couldn't do mobile repair was due to our specific vehicle type requiring recalibration for the safety features on the dash/glass (cameras, auto cruise control, etc.) but that was explained before scheduling. Communication was great throughout the day of repair, both through phone call and their mobile website tracking. The glass repair cost was comparable to other places we checked before going with insurance.
