After at least 10 minutes, the cashier asked this employee again to come over & help - the checkout line had about 6 customers waiting. Reluctantly, this employee finally came over to assist - she was not friendly or apologetic - she acted like we, the customers, were a nuisance. And that is what shopping at Ollie's is like.
