Bri was incredibly helpful with the paperwork and went out of her way to save me time. Heather, my dental hygienist, was kind, reassuring, and never judgmental. She explained everything clearly and made me feel involved and informed throughout the process. Dr. Kutuza, who performed my extractions, was thorough, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to explain what was happening and what sensations to expect, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. Immediately I felt like I needed to be here. They are currently undergoing renovations as this is the secondary location, however the front end of the office looks superb. When brought to the back rooms for dental work is where the atmosphere is dated and not the same as the newly renovated office or the STROUDSBURG location. My cleaning with Clara? and exam with Dr. Taormina was amazingly thorough, however my experience lacked what I was essentially looking for and could have received at the other location. This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars and look forward to my 6 month exam when everything will be completed and brand new!
