My son had his tires and a wheel replaced. His dad noticed the car wobbled when driving it so he took it back to Americas Tires. They reassured him that the bolts were secured. His dad physically saw the tire wobble when my son drove it again. Again he took it back to them and again they reassured him everything was secured. Finally he took it to Firestone and sure enough it wasn't mounted on right because they failed to remove the spacer from the old rim. This same thing also happened with his truck. They're excuse that time was someone was probably trying to steal his tires which is why the bolts were loose. Luckily no one was hurt but this is very unsafe practices and perhaps those techs need more training and inspections need to be performed before someone gets seriously injured. read more

Setting up the appointment to have them installed was easy and I was able to get in early morning the next day. I worked with Kyle, who was friendly, helpful, and checked in with me while I waited. The pricing on the tires was as good or better than the pricing at the competitors I reviewed, and I believe they will match the price if you do find the same tires cheaper somewhere else. I called to see it they can accomodate me Wed. Dec. 10th 2025, They said Yes. I told them I need tires possibly (2) if not most definitely (4) best or worst case. I got there around 430pm to 445pm give or take. An Americas Tire Employee came and looked at all the things they need from my Car miles, Tire condition, Year and Make model of Car etc etc etc. Its. 2009 Honda Civic EXL Sedan. This Civic takes 205/55/16 type tires based on the door jamb Honda Decal. Sir you might need alignment too Yes for sure if My Car needs it lets get it done. Sir the 2 Back Tires are still Good you only need 2 Front Tires WOW nice even better money saving awesome. You still need alignment Yes Of Course. I sat down and waited I was the last customer out because they close the shop at 600pm. Sir we accidentally damaged one of the Air Valve Caps what do I say or do fine just replace them with plastic. Everythings done I didnt think anything of it heres your key your wheel lock etc etc etc. I leave I get home and thats that. The next day I go to my car and I drive out and I feel like the back end of the Car is higher. I get home look at it and I called them and they said bring it in. I was able to bring it in today around 1200/1230pm Dec. 13th 2025 Yes sir How can I help you? in the lobby I replied you guys PUT THE WRONG TIRES IN MY CAR (2) tires are way too high. He said how did that happen You tell me you guys installed it. Ok Sir we will get you going right away. They fixed the problem with no issues but C'mon guys these are peoples car and they get on the road with it. Sort of like being an Aircraft mechanic make sure all the "I" s are dotted and "T" s are crossed before you let the airplane fly. Not one of those My Bad situation. Its peoples livelihood. 205/55/16 was required they installed a 205/65/16 same Brand just a little taller. I wasnt happy with this Service at all Holidays Christmas around the corner its a hassle to be going back and forth. We all make mistakes I understand that but this is unacceptable especially if you have to get back on the road with it. I have been going to Americas Tire in Town since they where on March Lane and West Lane Parking lot corner Bldg. My first Car 1990/1991 Pontiac Firebird and my first purchased was YOKOHAMA Tires. Like I said we do make mistakes but hello get it together or hire people that have a little pride in their job and not just lets get you in and outta here real quick. Im just saying. Not Happy Thank You for fixing the mistake but you kind of wonder how often these mistakes happen in your shop. The (2) Tires where around $400 bucks. I would put 0 stars if I could. I had originally got my tires in Roseville and received a warranty. Today I noticed a nail in my tire. They tired to say since my tire was at the 3/32 inch of tread the warranty isn't good. I called a different Americas Tire and they said as long as it wasn't below that they would honor it. Odd how different stores are going by different rules. Seems like they just wanted me to buy a new tire. Then they tried to question me on how the nail got in my tire, like I would want to spend my Saturday replacing a tire. Very disappointing that now I have to drive 15 minutes with a nail in my tire to have a warranty honored. Next time I purchase tires it'll probably be from Firestone because this was not worth the hassle. Edit: at the America Tire off of Pacific they measured my tread at 4/32 which makes it even more disappointing that they wouldn't replace it at the Trinity location. read more

Brought in my car for a rotation and balance. When I finally drove my car on the freeway, I noticed a bad vibration on the steering wheel when reaching a certain speed. It wasn't doing that prior. I brought my car back into a different Americas Tire , they found out that the right front tire was not balanced right as it had 2 weights that were opposing each other. read more

I had a sedan tire that was very slowly deflating every 3 weeks. It was impossible to find the cause. I brought it into America's Tire at Trinity Parkway. The nice gentleman (Anthony C according to our receipt) who assisted showed me via a comparative chart, that my two front tires were worn beyond repair. He recommended a brand/size that was almost a perfect match in all aspects to my two other "good" tires. He said it might require 45 minutes to replace both worn tired. I returned in 38 minutes and the car was already serviced! Everyone involved was professional and courteous. The store is very clean and inviting. It's a week later, and my new tires are amazing on the highway and in town driving. My husband said the cost was good value, and we would not hesitate to recommend their tires and services. No problem with the work that they've done, it was excellent. However, I made an appointment for 145 today. I showed up early at 1:37. They didn't check me in for the appointment and after waiting 25 minutes I asked them what's going onand then they got my car in however, during the middle of of the work, the manager pulled the guy off my truck and sent him to go work on somebody else's vehicle. This American Tire location is fantastic! Zachary really went above and beyond to help me replace our popped tire. (The second one since this location has opened.) He gave me every option but didn't try to upsell. He wasn't pushy at all and was instead incredibly friendly and helpful. As a walk-in, I had service within 5 minutes, despite 2 customers ahead of me. He even remembered our flat from last year and checked with me to see if it was on a tire that was warrantied by them even without me prompting. He worked well with my warranty to get as much of my purchase covered as possible, and my specialty tire is only going to take 1 day to order in from another location. I set an appointment online to replace two tires at the Trinity Pkwy location in Stockton. I prepaid for my tires in advance. I arrived at the site and checked in with Anthony C. Anthony asked to see my license and proof of my new address because it did not match my driver's license. I felt this was an unusual practice, and I was right. I was profiled and complied. This behavior hurts me. If Anthony C had asked for my license and credit card, I would've understood that, but he didn't. I spoke with Zachary, the store manager, and he confirmed that asking for identification and a credit card is the correct process. Hopefully, this does not happen to anyone else. read more

Horrible service gone to the same store twice now. Couldn't help me try to get me to buy new tires when I don't need tires can't even do a simple tire swap without making it a liability or a big deal. Probably corporate lawyers getting involved making everything a liability, liability liability. He just lost another customer today. I'll never go back to America's Tire ever again. It's not just one store. It's all of them. I went to another Americas tire before and they they can't let me leave with the way my tire was. When I still had plenty of tread, their standards are horrible they're just trying to get you to buy more tires by giving a line of crap about all wheel drive cars.
