We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

Second, it was a green door, meaning, it was not totally cured and oozed out sap for 4 months. 6 months later, the door cracked. After several months, they agreed to a new door. When it came, it was not measured correctly so I had to wait another 6 months for the next door. so now the door is installed, I had to pay again to get it repainted. Guess what, 6 months later, that new door cracked. They will not replace the door so I have to live with a cracked door since they told me it is past warranty. their solution...pay another $1500 to install a fiberglass door as a replacement. I would not even give this company 1 star if I could.

We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. Recently, we needed to repair one of the screens after our pet ran into it, and their team was very accommodating in helping us out. Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

It was super easy to schedule them. They came out to measure & then came out several days later once the replacement glass was ready to do the install. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed those concerns. I was originally scheduled for a consultation with Justin. At the last minute, I received a text from someone else asking me to move the appointment to an earlier time. I thought I was accommodating a different person, but then I was told the schedule had been changed back to Justin. There was clearly poor internal communication, and I was caught in the middle. I felt pressured to accept a time that didn't work for me. I was told that if I didn't take that time slot, I wouldn't be able to have a consultation at all. That felt unprofessional and unfair. I have all the text message communication to support this. What stood out the most was being told that I had to call the company to reschedule, instead of the company fixing a scheduling issue they created themselves. That's not good customer service. Based on my experience, this was not a five-star experience. I recommend others keep in mind that there are many other businesses that communicate clearly and respect your time.

The rep,…read moreMike, provided inaccurate information about the doors saying that the intended trim would be fine and that the hollow would not be exposed (this supposedly after he checked with the manufacturer). The manufacturer bored the doors measuring from the top only. When trimmed as indicated they would be, the hollow was exposed at the bottom. The rep refused to replace the doors. To salvage the doors, extra installation charges were incurred to fill the hollow. Again, the rep and his supervisors / owners refused to cover the extra charge, even though it was clearly documented in emails that the rep had provided inaccurate information. Moral of the story: don't believe what the rep says and do all the boring and cuts on site. Or, find a different distributor.

All that I wanted to do was revive the machine. The repair technician Valerie confirmed my analysis. As the machine had two RAM chips, one 8 GB, the other 4 GB, she suggested that it might be possible to revive the machine if the 4 GB chip was defective. Simply taking it out would leave an 7 GB RAM chip which was sufficient for the machine to run. So she took it out, we rebooted the machine, and to my pleasant surprise it worked. As I plan to buy a new PC immediately, the 8 GB RAM chip will suffice for my needs. Valarie saved me the ~$125 cost of a new 16 GB RAM chip. She refused to accept any payment for her work.

The first installation, as shown in photo, the center frame is completely not aligned with the other window; The fix, as shown in photo, still slightly misaligned. To put things in perspective, here are my orignal windows, by Anderson's, The alignment is perfect. I'm debating between one star and two star, but in the end one star, because 1) they cost my time to call, talk and come wait for them for a fix; 2) end result is still not good but we had to do photography and open house, can't wait any longer. So one star.
