The event this year was at Newpark Mall in the old Hollister store. It was a fun event, the host was super nice and her kid was really cute! They had beverages and snacks for us, and we turned out to be the only visitors for the first hour xD However, the items for sale BARELY filled the front of the store, and I don't think I saw anything below $5. I did purchase a few things, but I did think I could've gotten a better deal and found more things at Once Upon a Child (which is nearby). Also, the event page said that children weren't allowed, but the visitors who did arrive brought their children... I guess I didn't need to find a babysitter after all. Overall, I would go again, but maybe I'd wait until it's a bigger event.

Most recently I stopped by on Monday & Tuesday of this week. The kids & men's stuff is downstairs, then women's stuff upstairs. They've got fair deals on shirts, sweats, hoodies, pants, underwear, and other stuff too. H&M's quality of their materials I like as well. As long as their pricing stays fair, I'll keep coming by.

This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. When I texted asking about the status, I was told they were ready for pickup and that I could come in for a trial fitting. However, when I arrived, it became clear that the tops had not been altered at all, despite me paying for those alterations. My order had either been forgotten or not properly tracked. The pants were also very poorly hemmed. When I initially pointed it out, my concerns were dismissed and I was repeatedly told everything looked "fine" and "that's how they're suppose look".After looking more closely, the hemming was clearly uneven and poorly done which even she couldn't deny. On top of that, one of the pants had a stain, and the tops were leaving cuts and rashes on my arms due to the stitching/material. Given the amount I spent overall, I was very disappointed by both the quality of the alterations and how my concerns were handled afterward. Overall, I found the experience extremely disappointing given the amount high reviews she has. I would personally avoid this business. The pricing was very high for the quality provided, and I did not feel there was much accountability or customer care when serious issues with the outfit and alterations were raised.
