Brian was the only cashier at the register, and he was on his Bluetooth engaged in a personal conversation. He was speaking to "shorty," cursing, and discussing a friend who "got his ass" locked up but would not have if he was 21 or older. The conversation was loud and inappropriate for customers to overhear. He was so distracted by the call that he forgot to ring up an item for the customer in front of me and had to redo the transaction. I have never experienced a cashier carrying on a full blown personal conversation on the phone while actively checking out customers.

Unfortunately, Walgreens declined to assist, leaving me without a resolution and out the money I spent.
