I'm happy to say that my first yelp review is a happy one. I contacted a few Limo services looking for transportation for my friend's bachelor party. After Hours had the best phone service, best rates, and most extras of the ones I called. A day before the event a few people canceled throwing the whole price per person off. Not being able to cover the the additional price myself I called After Hours asking what the cancellation fees would be. Oscar came back and said he would work with me and did all he could to make sure I didn't have to cancel the limo service. Honestly the best experience we've had. From the time I made the reservation with them to the time we got dropped off back at the house at the end of the day, they were perfect in every way. I booked the day-long Napa tour for my wife's birthday, the driver stopped somewhere here in the city that morning and pick up some balloons and a dozen red roses before picking us up, yet she was right here on time. She was so nice and drove us to the best vineyards she knew about and the ones we wanted to check out. She was very courteous. The owner called me back and confirmed the charges before running my credit card, which I thought was very honest of him, considering the crazy stories I read online during my research. I have used After Hours twice now and I have only had the best experiences with the Company and Oscar. Oscar is honest, professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend him for any event that you may have. I found After Hours as I was looking for different limo companies to take us out to the Sierra foothills for a work event. Oscar was incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the reservation process. Then on the day of the event, Oscar, himself, was our driver. We had an incredibly early start at 6 AM, but Oscar not only got to the pickup spot on time, but he was even early. The whole event went smoothly. Oscar got us to all the places we needed to go on time and efficiently. He was also incredibly friendly and patient with us throughout the day. The whole experience was incredibly smooth. I appreciated the experience so much that when it came time to book a limo for a personal event (wine tasting in Sonoma with a group of friends), I went straight to Oscar. Oscar got me the perfect SUV for our group of 11. This time it was Daniel who was driving us. And just like Oscar, Daniel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This limo company is awesome. I was able to check out their fleet of automobiles and they were nothing short of immaculate. They were very helpful and their rates were definitely competitive. Unlike the other limo companies I checked out, their price of the limo rental included the driver's tip, but of course extra tip is optional. We had rented the 300C that evening and it was perfect. Our driver, Oscar, was very nice and he knew exactly where we had to go in the city. He put up with eight drunk and loud people and brought us home safely. Victor was our driver, he was 10 minutes early to pick us up which was great. We ran over our time and the overtime fee was very reasonable, at the same hourly rate we were quoted. Oscar was super professional and courteous. He was competitive and matched a rate that I gave him from someone he actually knew. When I told him the competitor, he even told me to go with that guy, and that the competitor was a good guy. Just him saying this, my wife and I decided to meet with him since he lived near where we lived. Well, we met with him and what can I say, we ended up going with him because we liked how we worked with us. He would call us back after every voicemail message we left him. His limo was on time and even stayed for a little bit extra (we were charged for this, which we weren't worried about since we authorized it) when we asked him to. We rented a nice limo, and my wife and I were extremely happy. My wife's father, who came from out of country, really enjoyed the limo we got. Last year my friends and I went with another company and I was not impressed, but this year was different. I have to be honest I was a bit scared to get a limo since all companies have there good and bad but we decided to go with after hours limo and I can say I am very pleased with their service. Our chauffeur was a woman who's name I don't recall but she was punctual and very professional. She called an hour before to tell me she was on her way. I made a Yelp account, expressly so that I could write this review. This limo service is fantastic. They were very accomodating and sent me the details in an email as soon as I requested it. They were able to provide a simple transfer into the city instead of tacking on ridiculous minimum hours charges like other companies. When the driver arrived in a stretch limo (I had asked for a sedan but they upgraded us at no charge), he was incredibly friendly, got us into the car and closed the divider for our privacy. after hours literally saved my senior prom it was a week before it, and our group had NO LIMO for after prom, and i thought it would be literally impossible to find a limo, for prom, during prom time for all schools in the bay area. we were quickly thinking of second plans. .i called this place up and they gave me a fair deal for four hours (250 per hour for a white hummer limo seating up to 20 people) . the guy who talked on the phone with me was extremely nice. we were picked up right on time where we told them too, they drove us up to the city and around, and then dropped us off promptly at the time we needed to be back. they really topped my prom off and made it amazing the only reason im giving it four stars (probably 4.5) was that our driver was a bit snobby at times, but pretty cool still. i highly recommend them! especially if you are in a desperate situation like i was! they saved my ass. read more
