From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like an old friend--not just another customer. There were a few people ahead of me when I arrived, but the team worked efficiently, and when it was my turn, my car was on the lift and had four new tires installed in what felt like minutes--seriously, maybe two!To top it off, the price was unbeatable--just over $450 for four new tires and installation. They diagnosed the problem and and informed me of what the repair would entail and what it would cost. Scary stuff for an old widow - will I be taken advantage of as a woman or bullied into extra services? Not at all. Keith and Bill addressed the problem and fixed it. In addition to an oil change and the needed repairs they found a nail in a tire and fixed that too. The waiting area was clean and inviting with a tv on and fresh coffee available. He struts around with the biggest ego in the room, barking at his employees and treating them like trash. The staff deserve medals for putting up with him, because working under someone this toxic has to be hell. It's the textbook definition of short man syndrome--loud, insecure, and desperate to feel in control. I've dealt with tough business owners before, but never someone this unprofessional and pathetic.
