I couldn't have been more pleased with care I received. Each and everyone there took the time and concern to see that my needs were met. Having seen a number of different simple places over the years with my parents and in-laws I was expecting less care than I got. My experience a year or so ago after serious neck surgery: very poor service, also not clean. I…read moreoften waited for hours for pain medicine, with the "call" light on, people passing back and forth, not paying any attention. I was in very serious pain, even called out several times from my bed asking for help. No one ever came to wipe down the incision with antibacterial wipes, like they did in the hospital. I got out of there as soon as I could use a walker, but not soon enough. Arriving at home, a friend who is a nurse looked at the incision and told me it was infected. Back to the hospital, the infection is MRSA. A second surgery, open up the incision, scrape out all the infected tissue, do some minor plastic surgery. Another week in the hospital, then my wife and I managed a pick line for six weeks, infusing antibiotics directly into the upper chamber of the heart. A year more of serious oral antibiotics. This place is just a warehouse, interested in making money, not providing a care service.

Dont send anyone you love to this place. Patients are waiting up to 2 hours to have their call…read morelights answered and their pain medications are being dispensed as much as 3 hours late. They charge $6,100 a month and feed us food you'd expect too see at a soup kitchen. I laid 2 days in my own blood because they had more important things to do. This place should never have gotten their license back. I can't sit by and watch this happen to other people. I'm disabled now and when I get out, I will have nothing to do but make sure people know how horrible this place is. I'll be filing suit and complaints with every agency related to medicine and nursing. Once again they are 3 hours late with my medication. I repeat DON"T send anyone you love here. Imagine having trouble breathing or chest pain or a stroke or fall and it takes 2 hours for someone to answer your call light.....

My orthopedist referred me here to treat a couple of horribly painful tears in my left shoulder muscles. He felt physical therapy would be more effective to promote healing than surgery.--and he was right. The pain level has been greatly reduced and my range of motion is far greater than it was at the outset after just a few weeks of therapy. This is my second course of physical therapy here. Both times I've been lucky enough to work with Liz. This time I've also had the pleasure of working with Eric. The in-clinic therapy consists of exercises to stretch and strengthen the poor injured muscles, and manual manipulation and massage of the muscles when they're riled up and causing pain. I've also been given a home course of stretching and strengthening exercises. It's the the home program that is enabling me to achieve my rapid progress towards healing that miscreant shoulder. As for the facility itself, everyone is very warm and friendly and, with a few of them, very funny. I love a fun repartee with office staff because it also helps to humanize the place, which helps to make feel at home. Liz is a kick because she shares her personality with her patients and her personality is delightful. And she is an excellent P.T. Eric is also excellent, and I'm very lucky to be paired up with him. Also very warm and friendly, his treatments and exercise regimen have been equally effective as Liz's. In fact, they work seamlessly together so that no matter which therapist I'm working with on a given day, it's all the same program. Theclinic itself is about medium-sized with all the latest rehabilitation/exercise machines and exercise balls and handheld equipment. i consider myself very lucky to have a P.T. clinic of this quality and high effectiveness here in Port Orchard. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I drive all they way over to them, and as I'm parking they call me to tell me they don't take my insurance, then try to convince me that I can self-pay. Either incompetence or simply not caring enough about their patient's financial situation, not sure - but I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
