Wow just wow. I have never been to a wellness center that has all the works and people that actually know what they're doing! First I got a massage. The therapist actually gives you a therapeutic massage and works on the knots and pain points so that you feel great when you leave. This was also the first time that I had ever got acupuncture and the doctor was very knowledgeable. Once I got done, I felt very relaxed and a lot of my pain issues had been relieved. The physical therapist really tells you exactly the types of stretching and workouts you should be doing in order to use the muscles that are being used. Had a wonderful first visit. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Ally with her kind and friendly welcome to our office. I then had a meeting with Dr Jen who fully listened to my concerns and was very helpful about my treatment plan. She took X-rays and recommended acupuctute. I saw Unis for my acupuctute visit and she recommended cupping to release tension and proceeded to acupuctute. After, I had a massage for one hour with Adrienne. She was great with the massage and relieved a lot of my tension and suggested a few more sessions. The facility is very clean and everyone was very nice. Can't wait to come back. The experience is always positive and they are very organized in making everything run smooth. Since I have an ongoing need for pain management, I have been coming here for years. So, I've been able to utilize all the great services they have to offer. First, Chiropractic service, Dr. Jennifer makes you feel at ease with getting your bones worked on. At first, I was a little nervous, and I still am reserved, but she makes me feel like I am in good hands, and comfortable with fixing much needed adjustments. Not to mention she is just a kind soul in general. I've have also experienced the other Chiropractic Doctors, and they have all been great! Acupuncture, I had zero experience with getting this service, and Dr Laura was so informative with not just what my experience was going to be like, but she educated me on the importance of health in the environment we live in today. This place has been so good to me! I owe my healing and strength to them! The Physical Therapists are knowledgeable, professional and so caring. I was getting PT online. At first, I was not sure how it worked. But it works like a charm. I got evaluated, assigned exercises and had two outstanding therapists. They had videos, pictured instructions, a place to rate my pain level and a place to summarize. They answered all my questions and helped with any issues.
