I definitely recommend Dr.Tsai. He is very professional and takes the time to review the before and after pictures before the procedures. He uses professional lighting to evaluate all the shadows on the face prior to the injections. He takes the time to numb the skin, to make sure that the patient is comfortable during the procedure. All the staff is professional and they keep the facility very clean and offer excellent customer service. He really has a very effective technique for his filler and botox procedures, I never had to worry about bruising. He is very honest and will make recommendations to the patient in a very polite and professional manner. All the staff are super sweet, esp Cheryl :) They really listened to my needs and didn't push anything that wouldn't work with my skin type. It's obvious they want to develop a genuine relationship with their clients rather than having you in and out like a chop shop. The new office is also super cute and clean! I came in a few months ago for botox to get an eyebrow lift, and the doctor did just that. He also injected my forehead area in a way that all of my acne completely dried up and went away. When I went in, the doctor mentioned that my acne would clear up because of what he was doing.
