After the consultation Dr Tsay injected Botox in my masseter muscles for TMJ pain. The pain would be so severe and nothing would help. He is very nice, thorough, and professional. There was some soreness after the injection which is normal. I had no bad side effects though. It has been a couple of weeks and I'm so glad I did this. It has helped my pain, tightness, and spasms in my jaw tremendously. If I ever feel pain it is very minimal. So I notice a HUGE difference than before the Botox. I'd say a 90% improvement. Once again Yelp saved the day with this referral. Ageless MD won me over and I now have my official anti-aging clinic/doctor. I'm sticking with Ageless MD. I've been working out a lot and I go to school full time which pretty much zaps all the energy I have. The cost is higher for the Vampire version but my result was way better. In this case, I can honestly say that you do get what you pay for. Sometimes generic is the same as name brand but cheaper. I've had several appointments with Dr. Tsay, and I've been very happy with the results. I was quite surprised what he can do that is non-invasive yet shows results. I was leery at first, but now I can't see why anyone who can afford some basic maintenance wouldn't do it once middle age starts taking its toll. I have not been heeding my family doctor's warning regarding my fatty liver issueI for years because of the fact that I run 3 miles at least 3 times a week in the past 10 years. Nevertheless, as I kept gaining more weight to my body, my workout has turned from a struggle to almost a torturing experience. With more body weight, it was taking me much longer to finish my 3 miles run while my knees were hurting after every run and my heart would beat so fast that I felt like it was jumping out of my throat. It was until I got off my week long cruise during the last week of February I realized that I was weighting almost 200 lbs (I was 197 lbs at 5'ft 9" tall to be exact). I had to upsize my pants from 36" waist to 38" while still seeing the fat overspilled around my waistline when I pulled up my pants. I was feeling miserable and had no self-esteem whatsoever. With my wife's help, I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Tsay in March 2017 and it was literally a life-changing decision that I have ever made. Initially, I opted to do the 40 day HCG program with Dr. Tsay. However, I have lost exactly 20 lbs on the 3rd week into the program that I decided to end the dieting early. Most importantly, the love handle around my waistline has completely disappeared in 3 weeks now I am back down to 32" on my waistline. I went to Ageless because I was noticing my lower face was sagging. He did the MINT PDO threadlift procedure on me and I was pleased with the results. I am glad he did not recommend I get more fillers as that would have made my face too wide. He was generous with the lidocaine so afterwards it was very comfortable. You could feel pressure while inserting the threads but it was not very painful at all. You could see the result immediately and there was some swelling for a few days. My jowls are lifted now and it has taken years off my face. I will keep getting this done until I eventually have to get a facelift but that is many years down the road. I am grateful for having found Dr. Tsay at Ageless MD and will be referring all my friends to him especially for the MINT threadlift procedure. read more
