If I could give this company zero stars I would. We scheduled them on June 18, 2026 for a July 4, 2026 service. I was told by Waylon, the owner, that they would be there the morning of the 4th to help us and we put down a $75 deposit to hold the date. I didn't hear back from them at all for confirmation. I began calling and texting the day before, July 3rd, to confirm that they would be there with no response. I called and texted multiple times and so did my husband from his phone. We frantically found another company to come last minute on a holiday to complete the move. I ended up texting him at 10:49pm the night before to let him know not to show up because of his constant ghosting we had to find another company because we had to ensure we had help. We FINALLY heard back from Waylon on July 6th, 2 days AFTER our scheduled move and he let me know that he would not be refunding our deposit and he was having phone problems and didn't get my calls and messages but he did say he planned on showing up but then saw my message saying not so show up because we found someone else. So you did see my messages? Things do not add up. Please don't use them if you want to make sure your movers communicate or show up on time. read more

THIEVES!!!!!!!!! I initially wasn't going to do a review but I called them to rectify this situation first and instead of fixing it one of the movers called me to say that they didn't take anything and I am far from crazy because I know my deep freezer was full and they kept saying, "You can wholesale some of this chicken". I work very hard for what I have and I buy ES at my job every 3-4 months. I keep my family fed! Like why were you even given my number? This was unacceptable and unprofessional. I hired Aggie movers to do a local job recently I thought everything was fine until I started looking at my belongings, and the one thing I hate is a thief and a liar. I had a deep freezer full of chicken and other items that my husband and I packaged and the thing is we were missing items! I didn't check the freezer to see if it had been emptied all the way because I trusted these people with my belongings. (I should have known better when they pulled up in a small trailer and a disturbing looking SUV). The thing is my husband knew exactly what he put in there and there were missing items! I was letting my deep freezer defrost so I didn't immediately put the frozen items back in until after they left. My freezer was full and now it's half full. This was very disappointing! I also checked my couch which I had for only two weeks and there's a rip in it like it was dragged on the cement, they failed to tell me about that! Also my son's desk was taken apart and I didn't know it until after, the guy said that he would put it back together but it was not properly put back together. I never bothered to post a review in 2022 back when this move with Aggie Movers occurred but I was reminded about it when searching for text messages and ran across the text messages from this move. I will list bullet points to list the things that were memorable. 1. They showed up 2 two hours late with the most beat, worn out trailer I've ever seen on the road. 2. The kid driving it didn't know how to back the trailer up. He admitted that he'd never driven a vehicle pulling a trailer before. After 15 minutes, I got him out and backed it into my very short driveway myself. 3. The trailer wasn't empty and we needed all of the room. They unloaded the stuff into my garage before we could start loading. When they were done they told me to keep the stuff. A few weeks la ter the owner of the stuff got my number from Wailan and texted and called me to get his stuff. I didn't want it and hadnt pitched it in the garbage yet so the guy got his stuff back. 4. After the movers decided to unilaterally quit after two hours, the move turned into a two day effort. Of course I had to pay more. 5. The "professional movers" that showed up turned out to be random homeless people who were living temporarily in various motels around the city. 6. Because the stuff went into long term storage it was months later when I found that over $10000 worth of stuff was stolen across 3 storage units. Silver, CDs, DVDs, and firearms. One of the firearms was recovered in a pawn shop in Houston. It was the only thing recovered. 7. According to the homeless guy nominally in charge of my move, the owner was out of the town over the weekend at the casino. Apparently he left town as soon as I paid for the first day. 8. This was the worst moving experience we've ever had anywhere. Waylon handled our move and it was completely unorganized. They picked up my daughter's furniture in May with the promise to return the furniture in August. In August they showed up several hours late with someone else's furniture. They left and called back to say they were looking for the furniture and would be back in 15 mins. That was over an hour ago. My husband called and left a VERY NICE voice mail that this was a mess and he hoped we would get a discount for the trouble. Waylon said that was insulting to ask for a discount and hung up. He refused to say where our furniture is or when they will bring it. Again, this is because we asked for a discount for horrible service. My TV was broken during the move. The screen was scratched and pierced and it no longer works. They agreed to reimburse the damaged TV at first but they no longer respond later. I assume that they refuse to compensate the damage. They asked me to pay in cash (although their website says credit card are accepted). So there is no way to dispute it. I call every hour when will they come and they said "listen listen listen wait wait wait" but they don't come. Even they refused to get my call after 6 pm. During the call they said they made 7 appointments on Sunday. According to other's records. It is not a first time. They made too much appointment and disregard some of them. As far as moving company goes, this is by far the WORST experience I've dealt with. The price is cheaper than other companies, but it is still NOT worth it. Our move was from Houston to Dallas. Aggie Movers Company promised to arrive in between 8-10AM. They ended up arriving 20-30 minutes late. They brought one small flat functioning dolly for the move. Do NOT expect them to pack or wrap any of your furniture. We had to offer our own dolly to make the move more efficient. Once we packed our things into their truck, we left for Dallas. The drive from Houston to Dallas takes 3.5 to 4 hours. It took Aggie Movers Company 7+ hours to make that drive. It was obvious that the movers made MULTIPLE stops before reaching their destination. Once they arrived, the movers demanded more money. We had to call their owner to solve this problem. The owner said that his movers should not be taking this long to finish this move and that he needed more money to compensate for their hard work. When we refused to pay any extra from our original agreement, the owner started yelling and threatening that he will make his movers stop. We never dealt with an owner who was so disrespectful and unreasonable to their customers. To proceed with the move we agreed to pay an extra $150. But then the owner asked us to pay the money upfront BEFOFE the movers finished moving our belongings. Never in my life have we dealt with a moving company where you are forced to pay upfront. At this point, we had enough and wanted this disastrous day to be over with. We paid upfront and the movers began moving our belongings. Lastly, to put the cherry on top of this disastrous experience, Aggie Movers Company ended up breaking our marbled dining table. Expect scratches on your furniture and damages to your belongings. The owner says he will review the damages and pay us back, but I highly doubt he will do any of that since he is not a trustworthy person. Again, I cannot stress how rude and disrespectful the owner was to us. He will yell and throw a tantrum if things do not go his way. I used these guys last year. Worst mistake ever. I had called the morning of the move 3 times to confirm the meeting time and location. My apartment was giving me an hour and a half move in window and I wanted to make sure it all went smoothly. They assured me everything would be great and they would meet me at 3. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 7:30. I had gotten to the storage unit an hour early at 2 PM to take everything out of the building and set it in front of the building for them so they could put it in the truck more easily (except for some furniture that I couldn't move on my own) and so I waited for five and a half hours. Every time I called the owner's cell phone, a different person answered with a different excuse every time. half the time they didn't even take my calls. First it was they had double booked me, then it was that their other move was taking longer than they had planned, then it was that their truck was broken down and they could "try" to send another one, then it was that they had a flat tire. THEN they told me they were no longer going to move me at all that day. They were going to wait till the next day because "their movers were tired". I told them absolutely not, among other things, not only because it was unacceptable, but I had work the next morning and couldn't move in. After arguing with them at length, they finally sent someone five and a half hours later. They got all my stuff moved in pretty quick once they finally showed up. They broke a mirror though. My granddaughter who is a single mom called this company to move her locally. I told her I would pay for the move because I didn't want her to try and move herself because of her physical issues. She has epilepsy and has a fractured ankle that did not heal correctly. The Aggie Movers did not finish the move. They told her they needed to go to another job before they finished and walked. They promised they would come back after they were finished with the other job. She waited all day and they never showed. She had me go ahead on good faith and pay for the move. She called the owner, to please come back and finish the job. He said, as far as he was concerned he had been paid and they would not be back unless we paid he more money. He was rude, unprofessional, and unethical. Not the way to please a customer. I called and he gave me the same spiel, raising his voice was totally rude and unprofessional. Her mom called he started yelling and screaming and then threatened my granddaughter. She now has to move the rest by herself in a small vehicle. This company showed up an hour and a half late. Their workers smelled like weed. They scratched my dresser after DRAGGING it down the stairs without so much as a moving mat. We hired Aggie Movers to move our daughter from one dorm to another. We live out of state and were not able to help her. Wailin was very professional and accommodating, as we had to change her moving dates with very short notice. They were ready with boxes, etc and our daughter said they completed the job quickly and efficiently. Carrying her belongings down four flights of stairs and delivering to the new dorm in a very short time. If we have the need to hire movers again, I will certainly call Aggie Movers. read more

We made our appointment ahead of the date TO MAKE SURE WE GOT EVERYTHING HANDLED ON TIME but instead we got a lost group of individuals that were supposed to be at our location at 2 and showed up at 5:42pm stating they were late because of a "previous appointment". They called and said they were waiting on us BUT THEY WERE AT THE WRONG ADDRESS! When they figured that out, they said they were relayed the wrong address but were very rude and tired. If that wasn't enough, they ran through the front gate and BROKE IT! And then they ran over something else that apparently ripped through the radiator and now is blocking our apartment building and having to deal with the apartment management due to the damage. We called the company and the two options that they stated they can fill up the truck and "figure out" if it works or they could send us another truck in the next "couple of hours" mind that by this time it's night already and we have wasted an ENTIRE day of doing NOTHING! We hired Aggie movers to move our things from College Station to Houston. The movers arrived 3-4 hours later than initially quoted, but when calling them to check they informed us that we were wrong. The two men were irritated from the moment they stepped foot in my place until they finished the job, despite being very specific when we booked about what furniture items we had to move and what floors our places were on (first and second floor, so only one flight of stairs anyway!). They ignored the covers I bought for my furniture and loaded my off-white couch into the truck without any protection, shrink wrap, blankets, etc. I had to ask them to cover it!! Upon arriving in Houston they gave us more attitude about having to unload furniture and boxes. They ignored box labels and left several boxes that were to be placed on the second floor on the first floor. Some of the boxes were also torn up. I understand that moving isn't fun or enjoyable - that's why I hired and PAID for a moving service. I was highly unimpressed with the customer service we received and would not recommend using Aggie Movers unless you want to feel like you're asking them for a favor to do their job. read more

This was the first time I've ever used a moving company. The price was reasonable for an out-of-city move. Wailan was easy to get in touch with and very friendly. The movers were quick with loading and unloading, and they even arrived one hour earlier than expected for pick-up (which was a nice surprise). I only had one complaint -- I was told that the truck would arrive at my new place by 7pm that evening; however, the truck did not arrive until 2am the following day. I had to contact the movers (they did not call me) to find out where they were, as I got no indication that they would be late. I would have appreciated a phone call at least. I spoke with Aggie Movers Company owner, Wailan last week to get a quote and was very detailed about all of the services that were needed and felt very confident about giving him and his company the job after he assured me that he would "get the job done and take better care of me than any other company". Not only did I have to wait an hour and 40 min. on this company to arrive at the agreed location to unload, I endured scratches and rips to my leather furniture and was not pleased at all with the way my furniture was handled. PLEASE DO NOT contact Aggie Movers Company to transport your belongings to ANY destination, not even down the street in the College Station/ Bryan area. I was trying to go cheap and regret going with Aggie Movers. Two guys drove down to Brenham to unload a moving truck into my storage unit, Justin and another young guy. They damaged a bunch of my furniture and household items. 2 of my bookshelves were placed upside down, the one guy complained about how heavy everything was and was dropping my boxes. He then stepped on boxes to climb over stuff to throw one of my chairs on top of other furniture. I literally was just staring at a disaster unfold before my eyes. I have to take everything back out of my storage unit and repack it so that things aren't just tossed in there. Absolute nightmare. I paid $275 for 1 hr of work and the drive down from College Station. If I could do-over, I would have paid the $345 for the next cheapest company.... the guys showed up 15 min late, my boyfriend had to go into the truck and hand boxes to the guys telling them which side was labeled "up" and which ones said "Fragile"... I don't think they were literate. To top it off they didn't have any way to write me a receipt so we had to wait with the 2 guys at the storage unit until Wailan emailed one to me. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. The movers showed up 45 minutes late, and 10 minutes into it they stated that their quote would be higher due to bringing a 3rd guy to help, which I never requested. I asked to speak to someone about it, especially seeing that they were so late. They called the owner at the office and I have never been spoken to so rudely. He stated that "you go to the doctor and have to wait there, so why was it a problem that the guys were late? Sometimes you just have to wait".. Then he stated that since I was a woman he knew I wouldn't understand his point and that I was just trying to get free labor. No apology for their tardiness, blunt yelling at me for not agreeing to pay the higher rate and direct insults because I'm a woman. I would NEVER recommend this company. The workers were very polite, it's really too bad they work for someone so incompetent and rude.
