I don't know where to start. We ordered appliances for our home renovation in November, they were delivered in March (per our contractor), the freezer was dented and the custom range was also damaged, yet both were installed without a mention of the damaged products. The range did not work for over a month (can you imagine living in a home without a working range?) even though it was ordered with the proper gas conversion kit. The ice maker is also below acceptable, with foam seeping out of the seams and a warped door seal. We are now on the 3rd month with an ice maker unusable, a damaged range (working now) and a dented freezer door. Numerous visits were required for the range to be usable even though each tech identified the problem. The refrigerator and freezer are separate units to be paired as one. The pairing kit was not ordered and we have 2 units in a space and it looks terrible. I have reached out to my sales person about the pairing kit that the tech said was needed. It feels like they have moved on and are not concerned with our situation. I am beyond frustrated. The only reason I give 2 stars is for the 3 service techs including Bama Jon and Darren who worked diligently and carefully to get the range working. read more

I was laughed at by other big box stores when I said, "I need a top of the line dishwasher and I need it immediately." I was told minimum 6 months wait for delivery. I found Aggressive Appliances through the Miele website and I am so glad I did. Upon calling, the phone was answered by Tina W. She answered all my questions and provided options. Although perhaps not my initial first choice, her recommendation has proven to be the best choice for our kitchen. Did I mention it was also IN STOCK!? Tina worked late to get a quote emailed to me that evening. By morning I was convinced and ready to purchase. Next came my concern for when it could be installed. I thought two weeks minimum. NOPE! This took place March 30th. Today is April 6th and my Dishwasher is installed and AMAZING!! 7 DAYS I can't even believe it. Second half of my review is in regards to the delivery and installation process. I was given a text reminder the night before. Morning of the technician called with their ETA. Alex & Song are everything you could ask for during the drop off/installation process. Alex really went above and beyond during the install. Mindfully removing the wine cooler currently in place, and moving it carefully into the garage. They left no trace of their presence. Only a shiny new dishwasher. I am thrilled. In true 2020 fashion, we had literally everything break in our home this year. This includes the A/C, kitchen faucet, our roof, our refrigerator and our dishwasher. All of this happened before our newborn baby arrived in September. David sold us a Bosch dishwasher and a GE fridge to replace the old broken ones. First off, I found when I called Aggressive Appliances during business hours, I always spoke to a person. Its a small store compared to Lowes, Home Depot, etc, and its local, so there is not usually a long wait time before someone attends to your needs. David and I spoke on the phone and emailed a few times. He always responded to me in a timely manner. The 800-series Bosch dishwasher is amazing- we love it. So quiet and so much more room than we had before. The old one was hauled out and the new one was installed for a reasonable additional fee. When the new one was installed it was actually a bit crooked at first- we had to point that out but they fixed it immediately. We do not use the crystal-dry function because it uses less chemicals and is just as effective to put it on sanitize. Since we had a good experience with the dishwasher, we decided to buy a fridge. We got the GE with the french doors, in door ice-maker and added a second ice-maker down below- its an older model so we got a pretty good deal on it. There is so much room in this fridge! There is a child lock and replaceable water filter as well. The only problem is that right after we bought it, GE decided to switch/upgrade their inventory system which caused a huge delay in delivery. We went without a working fridge for much longer than we wanted to (had an old backup in the garage, though) and were tempted to purchase a different model, but thankfully we did not have to because they finally delivered our fridge this week. We LOVE it. I was really impressed with how well David communicated about the status and the reason for the delay. It was frustrating but the store was honest with us and handled the situation well. I would recommend this store to anyone needing a new appliance. I did tons of research and no place came close to the prices and ease of communication that this place did. read more

They were, and remain, absolutely horrible, much of that which they finally brought to our house after multiple missed appointments which delayed the projects completion did not work, then rather than providing working new items they tried to force "repaired" but not "repaired" items into our newly constructed home. And finally, they refuse to stand up for anything. I would never buy anything from these people worst I have ever seen. This place is literally the worst horribly disappointing. read more

I had a warranty claim on the oven of my new home through my home warranty company and they sent out one of their providers several times replaced multiple parts and it was a complete mess and waste of time and resources. The home warranty company finally paid me out to replace my oven. After that I contacted Aggressive Appliances about replacing the oven and they recommended letting them take a look at my wolf oven as they specialize in higher end appliances. They came out one time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the current oven without me having to entirely replace it. Awesome work! They were able to answer all of my questions about what caused the problem and explained how they fixed it whereas the other company could do none of those things. By far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered, If I could rate zero stars I would. If you need appliances, or service this isn't the place. I never write negative reviews, but Aggressive Appliances your customer service policies are deplorable. My Samsung range and hood both failed on August 9th, 2021 while under warranty; covered and serviced by Aggressive Appliances. When I called for service, the first available appointment to even diagnose the appliances was September 21st, more than 6 weeks later. Even though I noted members of my household have strict dietary restrictions and we use them everyday. I waited and finally a tech showed up, spent 15 minutes here without disassembling the machines, and minimal diagnostics he determined they needed parts. The tech ordered parts and I attempted to get status updates for more than a month, to no response, or a canned response saying they had no ETA. October 10th, I gave up and replaced the range at my own expense of $2100, after repeatedly being ignored. A couple weeks later, the tech finally calls to say the parts came in for the hood. Awesome I thought, so they scheduled the repair for October 22nd. The techs arrived and curiously I note that the box the parts were in, actually arrived via Fedex to their office September 23rd, and they had been sitting on them for over a month. Obviously this made me angry. What made me even more angry is they ordered the wrong parts. To make matters even worse, the techs burned (to the point of flames nearly requiring an extinguisher) a synthetic fabric moving blanket to the ceramic top of my brand new range because they turned it on while attempting to service the hood, filling my house with smoke and causing the entire place to smell like a burning bed for a week. Fast forward to today, November 3rd, 2021 three months later, and my hood has still not been repaired and calls to their service department are of no use. If you're in the market for mediocre appliances with absolutely no customer service and no warranty support, look no further Aggressive is the place for you. read more
