He fell and hurt his head pretty bad also causing the cart to break.. the women who owns this business is very rude, instead of asking my husband if he was ok, she instead asked "the price of that cart is $200"... this women has no empathy, a simple are you ok would have been fine. We would have paid for the cart with no problem but her response was ugly. Customers around us showed more emotion than this women. This women is ugly inside and out, so is her persona.

There is usually ample parking up front for a quick in and out. They have many spouts so usually it's a really quick trip even if they're busy. I like this place because it is convenient for when I shop at cardenas. The water is fresh and crisp tasting. Better then the machine outside in my opinion.

Sometime Aug/Sept 2025, it increased from $1 for a 5gal refill to $2 the next time I came (100% increase)...then come the next refill, it rose AGAIN to $2.50 for 5 gallon ($0.5/gal). That was a 150% increase in a matter of a few weeks... Have been dreading when we run out of water due to this. Look into investing into a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for your home if you can spare. I can't, so I'll hope other places are cheaper than this.

I always receive help when I need it and they're never bothered. One of my favorite employees is one of the cashiers, Azuka. She's always very sweet and personable. Every time I see her, she's wearing the cutest earrings and they always end up being a conversation piece with myself and other​ customers as well. I always end up laughing and walking away with a smile when I go to her line. The lady at self checkout, Dominique, (I believe her name is) is always a pleasure too. She's always full of positive energy and smiles, no matter the day I see her. They really have a good team full of different, bright personalities.

Instead it's nice that you can go here! For me, it's just 10min away from home! As someone who grew up in the SF Bay Area, where Filipino markets and restaurants are as common as any other Asian grocery store, moving to Moreno Valley was definitely an adjustment. When you're used to having places like Seafood City just around the corner, realizing the nearest Seafood City or Ranch 99 is about 30 minutes away is a real culture shock! That's why I was so excited to find this hidden gem only 10 minutes from my home. Sure, the aisles are narrow, but honestly, it reminds me of the small neighborhood markets back in the Philippines. It adds to the charm and makes the shopping experience feel authentic. You know you've found a good local mom and pop Filipino market when within seconds of walking through the door you spot balut, homemade ensaymada, a fish fry counter, and shelves stocked with traditional Filipino brands in the kind of variety you normally only see at Seafood City. They carry many of the staples and specialty items that can be hard to find in the Inland Empire. Sure, the fish fry isn't as crispy as like the big markets, but hey that's just one thing that i won't fault this place entirely for! For Filipinos missing a taste of home--or anyone wanting to explore Filipino food and culture--this place is absolutely worth the visit. I'm grateful to have found a little piece of the motherland so close to home. Now if they could somehow squeeze a Jollibee, Red Ribbon, and a tita asking why I'm still not eating enough into the store, I'd never have to drive to Orange County again. lol
