He fell and hurt his head pretty bad also causing the cart to break.. the women who owns this business is very rude, instead of asking my husband if he was ok, she instead asked "the price of that cart is $200"... this women has no empathy, a simple are you ok would have been fine. We would have paid for the cart with no problem but her response was ugly. Customers around us showed more emotion than this women. This women is ugly inside and out, so is her persona.
