yesterday I had a worst experience at AH Automotive with David I went there because my car had on. I went there and also oil change air on my tires. I guess they got annoyed because we kept calling because we remember other stuff and we kept calling as soon as we get there they rolled. He rolled his eyes in gave us an attitude. He felt a certain way David I will never give you an opportunity to make me feel the way you did. We've been going there for over a year, but this this service was horrible. You charge me for oil change area in my tires which she did not even do. Shame on you do better. I originally gave this auto repair shop a 5-star rating, but unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my opinion. I will not be returning. KEEP YOUR WORD.!! David told me the diagnostic charge would be waived if I left my car there for repairs--which I did. However, when it came time to pay, the charge was still on the bill. When I brought it up, David started referencing other small things he supposedly didn't charge for initially, using that to justify keeping the diagnostic charge. In the end, I was forced to pay it anyway. On top of that, his attitude throughout the interaction was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Customer service clearly isn't a priority for him. On a more positive note, Tao, the other mechanic, is much more respectful and transparent. He explains the charges clearly and treats customers with fairness. If I could deal only with Tao, my experience would have been very different. Unfortunately, due to the poor handling of this situation, I won't be using their services again. read more

I will never go back to them, I could have died if my brakes gave out. Let me tell you what happened! First of all, I came in for a simple oil change and then they called me back, saying that I need all sorts of work to my car costing me hundreds of more dollars. I just accepted it because I was going on a long road trip. When I came to pick up my car, my engine stalled and I couldn't accelerate mind you I just had entered the freeway when this happened. I had to exit turn around and bring my car back, come to find out, they could not fix it for a couple days, and They try to offer me a beat up, ugly old shop car to take on my road trip instead of my own. I said forget that, you guys will pay for my rental because you guys did this to my car. I should've known from that point on these guys suck at what they do. I Know for a fact that the mechanic held a grudge after. As foolish of me to go back over there when I needed to change my brakes for another road trip, These unprofessional mechanics almost committed a FELONY because on my "New" brakes, There was only one caliper bolt on all four brakes when there should be 2 on each and they loosened my transmission drain bolt so my car was leaking transmission fluid, which slowly destroyed my car. Now i know for a fact they will never admit to this but this was the only shop that I've been to service my car at the time, and I had 2 different mechanics take a look at my car both times after they did work and this is what they found. None the less, NEVER GO HERE! They have no regard for their customers lives only for their petty feelings after paying for the consequences of them messing up my car the first time. Fair pricing and Excellent Customer service... Dealership wanted to charge me 3x's more than what it actually cost for repairs. After Honda Auto Service already charged me an inflated cost for parts and labor I didn't need. Not to mention the repair made my passenger side door unsafe, it opens unexpected on its own, Locks & won't open, Jumps off the lock mechanism, to only jam again later. I cannot believe the audacity of this business. I was trying to get my transmission checked over the Labor Day weekend, specifically Saturday. After arriving about 8:15 to wait until 8:30, as that is what time my friend said they open. So after about another half hour (thinking they're running late, no problem), a guy from the apartments next door asked me if I was waiting for them to open. I said yes and he told me they were on vacation. How nice! Not a sign or note, or any way to tell that they were not there and did not plan to be there until sometime during the coming week (nor a greeting on the phone). Goodness, do these people know how to run a business? I doubt they just immigrated from Mars and don't know the first thing, but it sure seems like it. In my opinion, very irresponsible. Holiday weekend or not, most of us are fairly busy and that is unfair to the general public. I told my friend I'll stick with my usual mechanic, even if it means a longer wait time or further driving distance. read more

Gotta agree with everyone else here, David and Tao are both great and easy to deal with. My main mechanic is in Torrance and I was all the way up here when my G35 started overheating. I was right around the corner from this spot, and so glad I brought it here instead of towing the car. Long story short, a hose busted from a previous mal-repair, and within 2 hours I was out and back on the road.
