    Bacon, eggs, and Country Potatoes
    Magda G.

To my surprise, it was located at a different spot than I previously thought. It's moved to a Bar spot, Ibiza. It's definitely a bar vibe, with a few tables and chairs for dining. I decided to order the crêpe Capito with bacon, egg, and potatoes. It's basically a crêpe breakfast burrito. I had a choice of sauce and they recommended the mushroom sauce which was delicious. If I can critique it, I will say the potatoes are a bit too big for this burrito but I'd order this again! The French toast was fluffy and flavorful. I recommend that as well. The eggs, potato and bacon plate was a good portion. The bacon was delicious with the brown sugar peppery flavor. I had to order the hazelnut crêpe to try and the powdered beignets. The beignets were so fluffy and good. The chocolate dip on the side was too rich for me. We really enjoy the crêpe. I expected more hazelnut filling inside but it was a Belgian style which I'm assuming it's different than what I had expected but I enjoyed it. It had a cinnamon taste to it. The service was good. I feel like it took a while to get the food prepared but I will say the food made up for it.

We walked by like 4 times until I had to ask where it was. It's now inside of Ibiza. There should be a clear sign stating where it's at. The owner served us and she was very nice and inviting. We ordered crepes, mimosas, and beignets to go. The service and taste of the food were wonderful! I don't like how the atmosphere changed though. Ibiza is a lounge/club atmosphere, so it doesn't give the French feel that it used to. The food is more upscale (less food, more esthetically pleasing). My bill was very high :( Unfortunately, I was not happy with the beignets. They were very rubbery and didn't taste the same. This also could have been because I ate them much later.

We have come here off and on over the years and had not been here other than once since they moved. Today we ordered our regular favorite the Dragonfairy. I have to say it was the very best crepe we have ever eaten! We had a short wait but well worth the wait! Can't wait to go back.

Inside of the Ibiza Lounge, is Midtown Creperie.. You'll miss it if youre looking for a sign while driving. Late morning on a weekday our service was great, the man and woman that helped us were very kind. Still working on getting a liquor license so if theres not an Ibiza worker on site, theyll be no alcohol. All the food we got tasted great.. couldnt complain. Would swing by again if in the area.

The same drink but served in a smaller glass? After making us wait for 2 hours? Really?

Awful awful awful!!!! I came here on 11/6/22, The host told me the wait for a party of 4 people would be 20 minutes. We waited 45 minutes. We would've been fine waiting 45 minutes i do not like being mislead. I've worked in the restaurant industry before. If you don't know how long a wait is, tell the customer "we're expecting long wait times but were going as quickly as we can" Terrible experience from the jump. We then got to our table and the only saving grace was that our server (Amani?) was VERY personable and made great suggestions for my family to eat. After waiting an HOUR for our food we finally got to eat I ordered a pulled pork sandwich that was honestly mid. I mean the meat was good, but the bread was cold which is weird because it was also toasted. Oh lastly apparently their drinks are different sizes each time? We ordered two of the same drink and one came In a slightly smaller glass than the other. Not a huge deal, BUT certainly off-putting considering we waited 2 hours just to eat here. Yeah i'd avoid this place like the plague. We will not be coming back. I will say Amani, thank you very much for your kindness and service. You're the only reason i'm not leaving a 0 star because everything else here was very poor.

King Cake Beignets + Beignets and Gravy Breakfast

Ordered this through Grubhub. The beignets and gravy breakfast was good except the gravy was ice cold, so I had to warm it up after getting it. The King Cake was pleasant aside from the fact the crepe surrounding the Cinammon apple filling was thick, undercooked and still left areas of batter throughout the crepe. Choked on apple seeds in my crepe. If 0 was a rating, I would give it. Even if I had eaten in person, the undercooked crepe would have been enough reason not to come here. Also, the location in person is hard to find in itself.

Yummmm I recommend, this place was so cute. I loved the crepe I received, I forgot the name of it but it had Nutella, I added strawberries and bananas to mine for $1 more...it was worth it ! We also had the 3 mimosas for $15.00 we received an extra drink which was very nice of them, my favorite mimosa was the watermelon but the peach one was also very yummy ! Wish I could have tried the mango one but I didn't get to it, I was feeling buzzed already and did not want to over due it lol It was very comfortable and delicious, a must stop if your in the Stockton area. 5 stars (: the waitress was also very kind !

I have not been to this place since they were in their original location. I walked in confused by the modern nyc feel of a bar/lounge vibe. The place was gorgeous but it dies there. I informed the host I was picking up an order and he stated it wasn't ready yet. I had placed it in advance as I was in between work clients but due to a large order placed before me I was waiting for sometime. I asked to cancel the order and he stated "it was pre-ordered you have to wait on the kitchen. " I mean obviously it was per-ordered but whatever I didn't fight it. (I know now all I needed to do was cancel the order through yelp smh). I got the breakfast crepe and I had to wait about an hour before eating it and when I opened the bag all of the sauce leaked through the Styrofoam. Not only was i not thrilled about them using Styrofoam, but they didn't even care to put the sauce in a separate cupy to avoid spillage. On top of that it wasnt even a crepe at all it was a burrito...The fries were not the sweet potato fries we ordered and they were rubbery and hard. My husband got the shrimp po boy and I went to try it and the sandwich and fries were incredibly salty and the shrimp did not appear cooked...it was a translucent color instead of opaque. so we tossed it to be safe and called grubhub to request a refund of his order. This place should give up calling themselves midtown creperie as they are clearly Ibiza now and should stick to one style of food

Definitely the best crepes I've tried in Stockton that's for sure! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for something sweet in the morning, they have a variety of choices of crepes.

Omelet with Country Fried Potatoes, Jambalaya, Crepe, Sweet Potato Fries, Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon, and a Mimosa
    Savannah R.

Midtown Creperie & Cafe has a lot of tasty breakfast items. Besides the amazing crepes, I also love to order the jambalaya, omelet with country fried potatoes, and a mimosa. I adore how this place has a special alleyway for the outdoor dining. This place stands out from many other restaurants because of that. The environment is a magnificent experience to enjoy. The only downfall is that the service can be a little slow. It doesn't happen on every visit, it's like a hit-or-miss kind of thing. Nevertheless, Midtown Creperie & Cafe is wonderful. It's definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast in Stockton! I would highly recommend this Miracle Mile gem to others.

Had an amazing meal, incredible drinks, and amazing service for my monthly girls brunch. The only situation interfering with me returning or recommending Midtown was the uncomfortable atmosphere due to incredible heat. Not only did it feel like it was 100 degrees in the restaurant, I hated sweating through my entire meal when I had absolutely nothing spicy. It was hotter inside then it was outside. Long story short, amazing food/drinks/service, horrible atmosphere. Not likely return unless its 60 degrees outside.Sweet Crepes

They have plenty of seating for small to large parties and even have seats up at the bar. It's got a small town cafe feel to it and I love it. I usually get the BLT sandwich with a side of fruit an an iced tea. Their BLT has to be my favorite because they load it up with bacon! I can't stand when you get a BLT and it lacks bacon, that surely is not the case here. My best friend loves to get their over medium eggs; the yolks are flawless, hash brown with cheese and toast. My other friend is a huge fan of their banana nut bread, it's a delectable breakfast item that feels more like a dessert and is dangerously addictive. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment, I will for sure be back again and again when in the area. There are plenty of other options. Some plates were worth it, others weren't, and at the prices they're charging the gaps were hard to ignore. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal. The deviled eggs were a hit at the table and went fast. The jalapeño on each one was a nice touch, though the heat varied depending on which egg you grabbed since it was just a thin slice. The salmon cakes were solid, nothing to complain about. My mom's ceviche tostada was loaded, the avocado was generous and fresh, but the ceviche itself lacked the acidity you expect from the dish and had very little shrimp in it. She said it felt more like a lunch item than a dinner offering, though two of them were filling. My mom's friend had the steak frites, which was the standout plate of the night: a lean cut with a rich mushroom béchamel, well cooked, and the frites were fried rather than what you might expect, but the flavor delivered. My dad's spinach salad was underwhelming, overdressed with a balsamic that was too sharp and overpowered everything else. My ribeye was the disappointment. At $65 I expected better. It was thin, closer to pounded than what you'd expect from the cut, came out medium instead of medium rare, and didn't feel substantial for the price. The baked potato was a basic side, sour cream and onion, nothing more. The broccolini arrived at room temperature, borderline cold, which was unexpected. The au jus on the side didn't add much for me. Service was attentive but veered into overdone territory, the kind of performative politeness that signals they want a good tip more than they're genuinely being warm. It was noticeable. Also worth knowing: if you're seated near the windows, the afternoon sun can be blinding depending on when you go. The atmosphere is genuinely nice and this place works better as a brunch spot than a special occasion dinner destination. I've had better meals here before, which is why I know they can do better. One practical note: if you're parking in the disabled spots near the leasing center next door, the sidewalk doesn't connect to the restaurant entrance. You'll need to go through the parking lot to get there.

We started with the mimosa flights. We couldn't decide on flavors, however, Aaliyah picked a variety of flavors for us, so we were covered. The food came out hot! I had the meat lover skillet with eggs over-easy. The eggs were cooked perfect. The warm yolk added to the flavorful meat and smothered potatoes. René had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy and tender. Next time we'll ask for a side of sauce because it's so good that we needed more than provided, at least for us.
