A few key things that make this Park stand out: THE STAFF: This on-site team is professional, friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Deya is a gem. She truly cares about the tenants and is always friendly and upbeat. Carlos keeps my grass green and is the first one to help me carry a heavy package if he sees me struggling to pull a package out of the mail center box. And Martin, he is on top of any maintenance issue I request-almost before I finish the sentence. THE FACILITIES: It is so convenient to have an on-site laundry. So much nicer than having to drive into town and deal with people vying for machines. And I was lucky enough to be able to host BINGO which enabled me to meet several of the tenants from all walks of life. They are a great bunch of people - definitely fun Bingo enthusiasts! THE LOCATION: This is the Pie'ce de Resistance! I have such a beautiful view. I am fortunate enough to be on the water. The sunrise/sunsets are incredible! But be careful the winds do pick up and will blow your shade structure or motorhome awning quite a bit! We found the staff so helpful and nice. Lou traveled around, greeted the guests even on the beach with his golf cart making sure everyone was happy and didn't need anything. The young girl in the front office was also helpful. The clubhouse is nice and big and we were able to use it and cool off for games. I'm sure our Group will be back.

The only issue I really had with my room was that my tub/shower didn't work properly. So, I couldn't use it. Their bathrooms need desperate updating. It is perfectly located near the Arizona State Border. I was visiting a dear friend in Quartzite, Arizona, and it was 30-35 minutes away, not bad. Their free breakfast was just ok, but certain items were not bad, like their fresh fruit and cereals offered were good. They also offer a small snack shop for items like bottled water, chips, certain microwave meals, sodas, cookies, and personal items. It was well stocked. When I checked out, I told the friendly front desk about my shower issues, and they were very apologetic and gave me a small discount on my room rate, which I thought was very appreciated. The freeway noise next to the hotel wasn't too bad. My suggestion..... bring earplugs. Overall, my room and the property were super clean and welcoming! It does need some updating in certain areas. Yes, I would return! Highly recommended! I believe, in the Blythe area, this is the ideal choice for anyone passing through the area!

I reported the lack of hot water the first morning and was told they would have the maintenance person inspect and diagnose the issue the following day. That evening still no measurable hot water. (Warm at first then cold quickly). I called and complained the second time. I was told that it's a "known" problem and the hotel has a "problem " with sufficient hot water when the hotel is full.??!! The next morning a customer told me he was told the hotel has had this known problem for at least the past 6 weeks. I told the female desk clerk that this was unacceptable and I would be filing a complaint with their Corporate office and she hung up on me. Great customer service. (And we paid the full price for 6 nights). We were forced to take cold showers nearly every day. Frankly I believe they are lying and simply have an inadequate water heating system. They use "boilers" and not on demand heaters. They should use on demand heaters ~ period. They instead chose to save money at their customers expense. I am shocked and appalled at how poorly this hotel is managed and maintained. I will never stay here again nor any Hilton affiliated chain hotel and neither should you.

Room door doesn't close automatically so pull to close. Dated, dinged metal door frames. Can hear the neighbors doors and everything else in the hallway (3rd floor) Only soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion-no Q-tips, cotton balls, other. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. It's an ok stop if you need it but I'd try another local hotel over this one.

It's always refreshing to find a welcoming and clean hotel, especially when you are on the road. The check-inn was a breeze and the staff was attentive and friendly and contribute to a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and the bed was to my liking, however there were some loose floor tiles which were somewhat annoying. My only other complain was some strange noises coming from the hallway throughout the entire night but I still got a good night sleep. I'II be back!

The shower house has great water pressure, the whirlpool spa is hot with strong jets, the coin laundry is s fair price and in good repair . All the public areas are kept very clean.StAff ,,, All care , obviously. The rates here are more than reasonable for weekly or monthly, overnight is a bit more costly. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.
