Pretty good for what it's worth. The portions are usually great and they have a variety of fish options sure to appease anyone who's in the mood for poke. They also have lots of fresh options for toppings. One of the better spots in Escondido.

Here is my review. Price was average for a 3 item poke plate $18 bucks but to have the smallest Ice cream scooper in the world to which your scooping my poke from is just crazy. I mean talk about Portion control I selected spicy tuna Ahi and octopus and the Ahi and octopus was done with this scooper that I probably got 4-5 pieces of tuna with in this huge large container. I felt like I was eating straight salad or rice with some sauce on it. Not worth it to me. If I get to select 3 items of fish seafood I want that to be dominate on my plate not the smallest item on my plate for $20 bucks probably won't be back and not be cause it wasn't good just because of portion of Proteins

I always get their grilled salmon bowl, a spamasubi, and gyoza!! They even serve thai tea boba and ramen if you wish, All my fav foods in 1 spot. It's super affordable!! I love the older gentleman with the mustache, he always wears the bass pro shop hat, and has the best customer service! He's so jolly and very patient when ordering, he is usually working by himself and handles so much customers at the same time, he's quick and always so friendly. I usually get all the sauces ontop of my salmon rice bowl (-citrus wasabi & the spicey sauce) add crispy onion, furikake, and the spice powder if you can handle it!! This place is really clean, they have limited seating but a lot of people order for pick up to cut time in line for lunch breaks. This is my favorite ahi poke spot, they have so much varieties of choices to choose from, and their servings are so filling!!

I have been here before years ago and liked it, but tonight it was lackluster and almost everything about it. My bowl seemed less appealing/appetizing compared to other poke places I have been to. The portions seemed small for what it was priced at and all the extras were very minimal. The fish didn't taste fresh (granted I showed up 20 min before they closed) and the employees seemed less than excited to be there. Hopefully this was just an off day for them.

Oh my gosh! The atmosphere is amazing! Very hip and the employees are super friendly! Honestly I couldn't have asked for better customer service! The food looks amazing and taste even better! If you're looking for a poki place come here!!! You won't regret it.

This is our go-to Poki place here in Escondido. It's quick and easy to order here with giant signs up above. The store makes it even easier with signs at eye level for each station your order travels. 1. Size. 2. Rice and/or Salad. 3. Meats. 4. Mixers and sauce. 5. Dry toppings. And then I think you're done. I've never been when there hasn't been more than 3 people/groups ahead of me. If you're looking for good, healthy, and fast food; Ahi Poki is an awesome spot to grab a bite.

So good!!! They have a great variety of toppings, the sauces were delicious, and the fish was fresh and yummy. Great portion size too. I got the spicy tuna and blazin' salmon and they were so good. Service was kind and quick too! Will definitely be coming back.

Seriously what happened to this place this was my salad after I mixed it and took only 2 small bites... it was suppose to be half and half and there was literally 6 kelp noodles cmon y'all ! You're driving your business into the ground I used to love this place. I thought I was crazy when I got my order but I pushed everything aside and this literally the portion.

Not bad at all. Went around 11:30 on a Saturday. There appeared to only be one person working and she was grilling some sort of chicken for some yahoo glued to his phone while simultaneously making bowls for us. Multitasking at its best, people. Yours truly opted for the regular bowl (2 proteins) and chose octopus and "Tuna Luau." The latter is a marinated tuna mixed with onion and avocado and ends up being a smart choice because as a topping, avocado sets you back and extra $1.50 but if you get the Tuna Luau, it's already mixed in at no extra charge. She stacked each bowl so high that it ended up being what I would've thought the larger bowl would've been in terms of quantity. We ordered to-go, so she ended up putting the entire bowl inside a clear plastic clamshell because ain't nobody fitting a lid atop that mountain of sea creatures and accoutrement. All in all, good flavor, nice and fresh. Extra high five to the girl working the counter for being on top of it. Well played.

I'm a newcomer to Poke so this is only my third time. As usual I relied on my fellow Yelpers and picked this place due to your reviews. I wasn't let down either. The two young ladies working there were friendly and very helpful. So they guided me a little when I needed some help. I chose the large bowl so I could get 3 scoops of protein. I went with all fish ( salmon, yellow tail and tuna ). I have to say the portion was good and that fish tasted fresh. So I was happy. I'd definitely come back!

They have a good selection of choices for proteins and toppings. Lots of parking. The guy who was assisting me was nice and friendly as he answered some of my questions. Also pretty cool you can have spam musubi and sushirritos. Not many poke locations at Escondido so for now, it's good enough. I'll keep in mind to do never do more than two sauces. read more

Judging by the other reviews they've received, I'm hoping my experience was just an off day, but I was really disappointed with the food. I normally enjoy poke, and I'd never tried this place before, so I was hopeful. The fish looked pale and was sitting in a lot of water. The other ingredients were also sitting in quite a bit of juice. Everything needed to be drained, especially before being put in the bowl, but all of the ingredients for my bowl were scooped with a lot of fluid, resulting in almost a soup-like consistency. I actually had to drain it before I could eat it, but I ended up not being able to eat the poke. read more

Visited this new poki place after seeing an ad on Facebook. The place is clean and looks brand new (as it is!) It's funny that they're right next to a sushi place but during the time I ate my lunch, there were 8+ people that came in so they're clearly staying busy. Scallops are seasonal here so they didn't have any during my visit but their topping choices are great. Eggs, corn, and pineapple were new to me but they still had the standard imitation crab, edamame, seaweed salad, and masago. Also, if you dine in, you get a miso soup on the house! Will definitely be back again! read more

This place seems cool. Been here a few times for dinner, mostly just picked up Togo. Today I worked at home so grabbed some for lunch. It was pretty good. They gave too much rice though, just request for less. The guava drink was really refreshing, would def get the drink at every visit now :) . read more

Small piece of paradise. We found this little poke location in Escondido and were blown away. The inside is bigger than it looks from the outside. Well managed space. Plenty of dining area. Lots of menu and fish options, as well as chicken teriyaki plates for those with you who dont like fish. Three different kinds of musubi available. Friendly staff. The food was excellent and the price was on par with many other Poke locations. I believe I paid $20 for a large Poke bowl with three scoops of fish and a drink. This place is worth a try if you are a Poke fan and are in the Escondido area. Also lots of stores and shopping options in the same shopping center. read more

This extremely fresh large Poki bowl is enough food for four full servings. Within this bowl was half White Rice & half Organic Salad, Spicy Tuna, Blazing Salmon, Yellowtail, House Sauce, Ginger, Massago, Endamame, Wasabi, Fresh Cucumber, Crab Meat, Daikon Sprout, Green Onion, Seaweed Salad, Pickled Radish, Avocado, Sesame Seed, Chili Flakes, and Furikake. Amazing. WOW. This place never misses, it is too good. Always taste how I Imagine it. A bit pricy because I always get 4 items for my bowl. Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Tofu and Spicy Tuna. The ingredients are nice, and sauces are great. I come here once a week, I would go more but they don't serve tempura flakes which makes poki taste 100x better. read more

I love this place! They have so many options for protein. Some that I've never seen before at other poke places. I had spicy salmon and Maui Tuna as my protein. The Maui tuna definitely reminded me of the amazing poke I had in Maui! They have a variety of toppings you can add like ginger, edamame, corn, seaweed salad, radish, sesame seeds, wasabi, crab, avocado (extra), and so much more. I did find it interesting that they add a hard boil egg. Not bad, I actually enjoyed it with the poke. Check them out for sure! Oh yea I forgot to add, portions are huge. A regular size bowl had be stuffed! And I can eat Haha read more

Shopping nearby, we stopped in for lunch on a weekend. It's in the large outdoor shopping complex in Escondido. It's located next to AT&T. They offer their poki bowl in regular ($9.95) or large size ($11.95). The only difference is you get another scoop of fish. The fish quality was fresh and flavorful. They have some unique options such as kimchi shrimp. I appreciate that they include half an egg as a complimentary topping. Overall, a tasty and healthy lunch option. The only negative I would say is the bowl size is smaller than other places. Their large is really more like a regular size. Yelpers, don't forget to check in to get your free miso soup! read more

Finally was able to go here for lunch. The girl working was so helpful. I can never decide and wanted her to pick for me. Haha. The bowl is huge and very filling. I love salmon and the tuna she recommended. I had salad and rice but next time I'll get all salad since I barely touched the rice and so much was left over. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. Great experience and good clean looking dining area. Varies of fishes. Enjoyable first experience. Great location in a busy shopping mall, however wasn't busy at 3pm. Prices are a little high for Escondido. I got a large and it was $11.95 is normally the size of regular at most places. read more

Very clean and cold venue like any good poki place should be. Very interesting protein option with the spicy tuna having mango and a special season salmon. Both delicious. Love the fact the let you sample them. The topping looked fresh and they had tons of sauces to pick from. The staff was very friendly and informative. The tall guy I forgot to ask his name was very polite and had great customer service. Would come again and recommend to a friend. Finished the meal and the only recommendation i would give us to have traditional ponzu sauce. The citrus was good but lacked the sourness of the ponzu. read more

Please do not come here. I ordered 2 bowls. One is a large bowl with 3 protein choices. I selected tuna, albacore, and Salmon. All the fish plus their toppings especially the seaweed and massago all tasted funny. The second bowl, I got the eel bowl. The eel tasted bad and again the toppings seaweed and massago tasted funny. I spent $30 and ended up throwing both bowls away because we were afraid we would get sick. Extremely disappointed and will never come back. I can't believe their products were not fresh! Stay away! read more

Beware, me & my bf got food poisoning. Ate here on Friday 28th and ordered 3 diff tunas, sushi and spam masubis. We were inside and noticed the temperature in restaurant was getting hot so I'm sure that affected the temperature of the fish. Any type of fish that's left out for more than 2 hours in a room temperature setting starts to go bad so hopefully they do something to change that so future customers don't get sick. read more

If you're looking for a waste of money, here's where to get it. Let me explain. First of all, I would like to state that I am a poke enthusiast, a poke LOVER even. But this place? A big disappointment and disgrace to the poke community. Everything from the base to the final touches is just sad. The ingredients are NOT fresh, the octopus tastes rotten, the imitation crab is an imitation of itself, and the whole thing is just disgusting. My mother almost threw up! Please, just go somewhere else and save yourselves. Thank you. read more

Came in at 7:25, they close at 8. They were cleaning up already. Door was open but the young person working said they were closed. Obviously he didn't want to work. To close a place 25 min before closing, ridiculous. read more

The food and service are pretty good here, the people are friendly, I just wish they'd clean the place. It is visibly dirty and messy every time I've come and that makes me wonder how sanitary things are behind the counter. If they'd just step up the cleanliness, it could be so much better! read more

Good food but slow and only ok service. The actual workers are friendly enough but there's been a couple of times we've dined in and the manager was in the back of the house cursing on the phone for everyone to hear. I only order take out now. Ps they also refuse to take phone orders so you gotta wait in store with the slow service no matter what. Good musubi though but food and service should go hand in hand. read more

First time ordering through Yelp and first time having poki bowl from here. I recommend it! The large poki bowl was great! It had everything I wanted the way I ordered it. It was perfect for two people and instead of salad, I would recomment to order all rice with the poki. Other than that everything else was good taste! Employees were very nice and helpful, which was a plus! read more

5 star for the food. 1 Star for their customer service. Food is amazing, wish their customer service was just as amazing. The two workers -some tall guy and lady= RUDE. If this establishment continues to employee people like them, I can see this being a huge problem and the #1 reason why people stay away or go to the other Poke place by Staples. To be honest I would rather pay extra to Doordash my food just so I don't have to interact with them. read more

This was only my second time here but I think I've just found my new poké spot! I got spicy tuna last time, today i opted for tofu, both times delicious. This was literally the most disgusting poke i've ever had. None of it was fresh, their sides and toppings lack flavor and variety, and the bowl itself is SO tiny. I love poke and can honestly say I wish I hadn't come here. Staff was nice though! read more

The food itself was really good. The reason for the low rating is for the customer service. The girl who helped me at first came off as rude and as if she didn't want to help me. It wasn't even busy so I'm not sure why she was being that way. She didn't even acknowledge me when she was giving me my food (she was talking to her coworker). It was my first time coming here and will be my last there's another poki place across the street in the plaza where staples is. Their workers there are always really nice. The girl who helped me at the register however was pretty nice though. The visit was on wed april 13 around 12:30pm read more

This is our new favorite poke restaurant in Escondido! This definitely hit the spot! I know the next time we come back, I'm getting the regular bowl with tuna luau and blazing salmon again!! I also got half & half of the white rice and the kelp noodles (0 calories!!). The food was so great and the customer service was phenomenal. They're so nice with giving out samples and very generous with the portions, which I loved! We also got two cups of miso soup on the house which was perfect after eating our big meals! The guava juice was really good!! I have no reason not to come to this place, everything was so great! I highly recommend trying it out. It's a new poke place in the area, they have their grand opening soon, it's half off a bowl the whole day and I think the first 50 people get free ones! We can't wait to come back and try their spam musubis!! read more

I wanted to go to Hawaiian fresh seafood in Poway but it was going to close right when I arrived, so I chose this place as it has better later hours. This location is in a strip mall but dont let the looks of this place deter you. The regular plate comes with 3 proteins and lots to choose from and I was quite overwhelmed. In the end, I choose tuna, salmon and seared tuna. I liked the tuna and salmon but will choose something else than seared tuna next time. I had half rice and half greens, and I can't do spicy so the guy helping me just added some sesame oil and ponzu for me. I dont know how he knew but I dont like any of my fish drowning in sauce and he knew that without even asking me. I got a bunch of veggie toppings as I love vegetables. Pile on the radish, cucumbers, edamame, corn, masago, seaweed salad, green onions, furikake! Overall, this was a great poke spot and portion size generous but you are paying $20 for the dish which includes taxes and tips. Id def come back again!

I tried the half chips and mixed greens base this time, but it wasn't quite my favorite combo. If you're ordering, I'd suggest sticking with the white rice and mixed greens instead for a much better balance.

She has such a warm friendly personality, and it's clear she genuinely enjoys what she does. As for the food, we like to try different rolls each time. Some of our favorites so far are the Escondido roll, Dynamite roll (definitely one of our top picks), Dragon roll, and the asparagus tempura roll. We'll sometimes add a spicy California roll too. On colder days, I love getting their miso soup or spicy tonkatsu ramen, you can even switch out the protein for an extra charge, which is a nice option. My husband usually goes for the chicken katsu curry, and I really enjoy the beef yakisoba or the teriyaki salmon. So if you're in Escondido definitely give them a try!

The service is consistently great. They always make us feel welcome and this time they took care of us even though we came in right before closing. We ordered three sushi rolls, but honestly they never stood a chance. We ate them so fast I completely forgot to take pictures. If you're a sushi fan, get the Dragon Crunch Roll. It disappeared from our table in record time. We also ordered the house special fried rice, chicken teriyaki ramen, beef and chicken yakisoba, and the Korean popcorn chicken. The fried rice was packed with flavor and had a little bit of everything. The yakisoba was delicious, the ramen was comforting, and the Korean popcorn chicken was perfectly crispy with a nice little kick. It also came with miso soup, salad, and rice, which was more than enough food. Nothing here is overcomplicated. It's just good food, good portions, and genuinely great service every time. When we're trying to decide where to eat, Three Go Sushi is usually the answer. We'll definitely be back. Hopefully next time I'll remember to take pictures of the sushi before it's gone.

The "damn it, I want to go home, why did customers show up during business hours?" look from management and the sushi chefs. Next thing you know, manager says we cannot be served. Wait... what happened to "last call in 10 minutes?" Suddenly now it is, "You missed last call at 9:00 PM." It was 9:06 PM. So your establishment closes at 9:30 PM... but actually closes at 9:00 PM... but also has a last call in 10 minutes... but also refuses service? Got it. Crystal clear. Listen, if y'all want to leave at 9:00, then change the damn hours to 9:00. Do not advertise 9:30 and have people driving 70 miles just to get hit with attitude and false hope. So we walked out and went somewhere else. Being turned away wasn't the problem. The problem was being treated like customers showing up during YOUR posted business hours was somehow our fault. Change your damn hours to 9:00 pm then. Do better!

The espresso was perhaps the weakest rendition I have encountered. It lacked both the boldness and aroma that make coffee flavored ice cream appealing. Whether the espresso itself was too diluted or simply not brewed strongly enough, the flavor struggled to make any impact. The stracciatella featured a straightforward milk base studded with chocolate shards. While this was a very traditional interpretation without unnecessary additions, the ice cream lacked the richness and depth needed to carry such a simple flavor profile. The chocolate provided texture, but the base itself felt flat. The sour cream and brown sugar ended up being my favorite of the three, largely because the brown sugar was actually distinguishable. The sour cream contributed an unusual tanginess that made the flavor more interesting, though the balance was inconsistent. Some bites highlighted the warm sweetness of the brown sugar, while others tasted predominantly of sour cream, creating a combination that occasionally felt at odds with itself. I appreciated that the small size included two flavors, and the employee serving me was generous with the scoops. Still, this ended up being a fairly forgettable stop. Those who enjoy gelato with bold, inventive, or highly concentrated flavors may find the offerings here a bit too restrained.

I found a ROCK in the Poke and the manager refuses to issue a refund. I submitted the following claim to HQ. If not contacted I. 72 hours I will pursue further action to protect my rights as a consumer. "I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally notify you of an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Escondido location at 1268 Auto Park Way on July 12th, 2024. On this date, I purchased two large tuna bowls to go. Upon consuming the food at home with my wife, I encountered a disturbing issue: I discovered a small rock, approximately 1mm in size, in one of the bowls. Understandably alarmed, I immediately ceased consumption and contacted your establishment to address the matter. Initially, I was provided with an email address that happened to be fake, to facilitate communication regarding my concerns. Unfortunately, subsequent attempts to follow up yielded no response. After persistent effort, I was finally able to speak with the manager today, July 23rd, at (phone number) During our conversation, the manager indicated that an investigation was ongoing regarding the origin of the foreign object in my food. Despite my clear request for a refund due to the inedibility of the meal, I was met with resistance and what I can only describe as a dismissive attitude. The manager's remark, "I don't care if you post a review, we serve food, and I don't give a shit if you go to yelp," reflects a concerning lack of regard for customer satisfaction and resolution of legitimate concerns. As a result of this incident, I was forced to discard both bowls of food, totaling $41.72 in expenses. Given the circumstances, I am formally requesting a full refund for the cost of the meals in question. Enclosed are copies of the receipts for your reference. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and in good faith. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to confirm the resolution of this issue. If I do not hear from you within 72 hours, I will be compelled to pursue further action to protect my rights as a consumer. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
