As far as this specific dinner I think Pa'La does a really good job of having inventive food combinations usually in small plate form. All 3 were delicious and easily able to be shared between 3 people. We transitioned into ordering the prime New York Strip and the Maitake mushroom to share. The steak had a very nice pungent but sweet glaze on it that went very well with the marbling of the cut. Finally, we had the strawberry chamomile tart which was a great way to cap off the evening! All in all a very nice meal, in a nice setting where we could all catch up for a few hours. Never once did we feel rushed or similar and our server was always very attentive.
