I asked if I could bring a cheaper used mirror I found & pay them for labor and they said no - making me think this was beyond easy repair. Additionally, the window has not functioned properly since that time. I was advised that a replacement trim piece would be ordered, but I have not received any updates regarding this matter. I have since visited the location on four separate occasions and, each time, was assured that the issue would be addressed promptly and that the necessary part would be ordered.
