Now I'm concerned about all the other flashing on my roof, that was probably damage during the roof job, that I won't know about until I see the leaks In my house interior.

Len Gibely must have branched out into mold remediation as well as roofing. And as they must surely know, since I've been a customer of theirs for so long, that the 203k construction company that rehabbed the house isn't going to be come back for a roof repair 9 years later - they only do total rehabs. Dealing with Jim was great - starting with the estimate for our roof replacement, he came to the…read morehouse and walked me through the process and some of his thoughts on what might need to be done and how he would prepare the area (e.g. letting me know we'd have to ask our neighbors not to use their driveway b/c of the close proximity and that he would "double tarp" to ensure any roof debris didn't hit our neighbor's house). He provided so much detail, I wish I had an estimate with him first so that I would have known what to ask the other companies! He made the process very simple, although our city is known to be difficult getting permits, he took care of all that. The roof was replaced in ONE day and the team did a phenomenal job cleaning up - I've yet to find a stray nail! (having replaced a roof on a previous home, I can attest that stray nails pop up, so I'm truly amazed I haven't found any yet). I'd also note Jim was very responsive and adaptive - I needed to communicate largely over late night emails due to my work schedule and he was happy to accommodate. Jim came in on budget (including some wood that needed to be replaced) which was already under 3 other estimates we received. Very happy we went with Premiere Roofing!
