I went to mail some beer samples today to an account. The gentleman said they can mail wine but not beer. Wine has about twice the ABV(Alcohol by Volumee) than beer depending on the style. This Aim Mail Center office is Top of Class! I needed help to package two complex gifts for UPS and Jimmy came to the rescue. He found two beautifully-decorated gift shipping boxes just the right size, and helped me wrap the fragile gifts carefully in bubble wrap inside. Jimmy patiently provided detailed pricing on all kinds of shipping timing, and got my most time-sensitive package into the UPS van just by 5 pm. Avoid this place!!! I setup this mailbox to have a reliable, secure mailbox to receive my business mail. It is not reliable or secure. Not reasonable. The first hint of trouble - I frequently receive mail from the old box holder and other mailboxes. Sloppy!! Then, I wanted to ship a laptop. I asked for a FedEx box and I would buy some bubble wrap. They explained they don't have any FedEx (strange, they are an authorized Fedex location) boxes but they would-be happy to box it up for me. They charged $30 for box, bubble wrap and 2 minutes of staff time!! I complained that this was wrong and paid it anyway. Recently, I got a notification that they were holding my mail for nonpayment. Strange, I paid for a year in advance just the month before. After continually denying that I paid, they finally found the record of payment. No apology. When I asked for my mail, they said there wasn't any. Very strange as I was expecting payments from my clients. Days go by, no mail. I ask them to check - you have no mail. I contact my clients, the told they sent payment. I had them resend to my home address. A month later - I received all my mail - they had put it in the wrong box. The owner called to apologize - promising it won't happen again. Next time I pick up my mail - it was is directed from another box. I am changing mailbox companies - printing new business cards and notifying my customers. read more

Their rates are HIGH and their sales personnel spend an inordinate amount of time reminding you there is no guarantee your package will arrive - exactly what one wants to hear when paying a premium for shipping. Beyond upset with these people. I lost a huge account because of their lack of training and telling me my package would be there on a certain day. I would have paid more if I knew after they told me one thing, I get a tracking number that I check right after I leave and it changes to later the next day Friday. This happened before and thought I would give them another chance. Sometimes people have off days. How does this happen again? Because they quote you a price and a day that they say will definitely be there, to oh we don't guarantee ground shipping?? Do not go here if you want your packages to get there on time. If it's snail mail and you don't really care, go to the post office, it's cheaper too. At least it's a 50/50 crap shoot your mail might reach its destination. The last time we had to run out to staples and have them reprint all of our signs, brochures and pop ups. The package they guaranteed would be there also changed and it made it to our event 2 days after we left. Makes a lot of sense to put these people in charge of one and only thing they are trusted to do. I asked to speak to the owner - he's out of the country again!
