Very good customer service and high quality and would recommend this place. The scooter was very good. The price was 219 but good quality.

For context, I'm an ebike rider. I've taken my bikes to hype and bougie shops alike in Los Angeles…read more I live in Temple City now and found this place after doing a quick Google search of the shops near me, but before I went in, I made sure to call and ask if they did ebike repairs, because sometimes you get turned away depending on the model you're trying to get serviced. I have a Snapcycle S1 and an Aniioki A8 Pro Max. The first is a pretty lightweight class 3 model that needed both tires looked at after getting horrible flats, and the latter is a 168 lb big boy that I wasn't sure they'd even want to deal with because of the size. I wanted to preemptively get tire liner in my Aniioki for as much ride security as possible, and I noticed not long after riding the bike that the front tire kept making this awful grinding sound, which I assumed was because I hadn't lined the brake pads up properly during assembly. Not only did the excellent staff here do everything I asked for, but they were patient and understanding when I had questions about anything, and finished exactly when they said they would. It's been months since they worked on the Snapcycle and my tires are great, and a few weeks after they finished with my Aniioki and it's still going as strong as ever with no more grinding noises! Like I said before, I've been to all kinds of bike shops, and this one is my absolute favorite. It definitely has a relaxed and welcoming mom and pop feel, which is great if you're looking for your very first bike or even curious about how to upgrade or repair what you already have. And most importantly, I've learned that the people here are honest and dependable. And add the obvious benefit that they'll service both traditional bicycles and ebikes. But of course, call in before you go to make sure. There's no doubt in my mind that they'll take care of your bicycles like they did with mine. You'll be happy you gave them your business.

Took the bike to Temple City Bike Shop and they were able to remove the old pedals and install the new ones, fix my loose front tire and fill both tires with air, all inside of 6 minutes. Final total? No charge. Looking forward to bringing my daughter's bike in for work in the near future (as a paying customer). This place is a true gem!

My bike takes a Presta valve, and I found this bike shop to be just what I needed for a short notice and short duration repair. Rene was so quick with the inner tube replacement and liner installation, that I commented on his speed. He said that he's been doing this work for 35 years. He's really good. Reasonable prices as well. I also observed him helping a family pick a bike to buy for the daughter in the family. He was patient and helpful in choosing one that would appeal to her sense of style, and that would be practical for the purpose. The bikes in the shop appeared to be good quality for reasonable prices. I will be back. This place is a great find.

This place isn't for newbies. I'm a newbie. I have about 5 old GT bikes that I wanted to bring back to life. I know nothing about parts or anything like that. That's why I went to them. Like I said, the gentleman and daughter were very welcoming and told me to bring them and we can star a tune up and then we'll go from there. The second time I went, the person at the front basically made me feel like an idiot in front of my son! I asked about GT parts and he rudely responded as if he was bothered by the question said, 'YOU DONT JUST BUY GT PARTS LIKE THAT! WE DONT JUST HAVE GT PARTS! THAT MAKES NO SENSE! ITS LIKE BUYING FORD PARTS AT A CHEVY DEALER!' But how am I suppose to know that? I came to them because I didn't know where to start but after that encounter, I sure as heck am not starting there!
