Today, June 3, 2026, I had the good fortune of working with Odelin who performed a thorough check on eight facets of my AC, and everything went perfectly. Odelin was both personable and professional in his work and in his crystal-clear answers to my questions. I have been using them now for a few years. I have mostly had a good experience. The service guy seens to know what they are doing. I have them come twice per year for a maintenance on the AC. The price for the visit is fair. I pretty much know the routine when they come. I think that is important. I had the unit serviced last week. I was happy with the work. The service guys gave me good future recommendations for me to do. They answer my questions. The customer service was good. They will try to get you to sign up for other programs. I found everyone that has worked on my rental property very professional. read more

I've found the business to be dishonest. I was out of town and my brother met the technician. The technician called back and reported multiple issues with my system. He recommended installing a whole new system for my 10 year old unit, stating it wouldn't be worth the money to repair. He was obviously not aware of my security cameras as he just walked next to my compressor but reported problems with it. He sent me a text with a quote of $10,000 to replace a 4 ton system. The estimate failed to list a breakdown of costs. When I confront him about this he responded, " I've never heard of such a thing and I've been doing this for 31 years. The following Monday, another HVAC company diagnosed the problems as a faulty thermostat. I was told there were no issues with the system itself. Beware of Air Around The Clock! read more

These folks are amazing!! I called on Tuesday to schedule maintenance on my very old ac units. Amanda was able to send a technician the very next day! Willy was outstanding. Called on time and gave me the time he would arrive. Showed up on time! Was probably one of the most thorough and thoughtful techs I ever dealt with. Explained everything. Was diligent about all the work he did. Denny arrived a few hours later to get pricing and double check the work. Denny was upfront and was very easy to work with. He gave us our options which were fixing our existing or brand new units. Answered questions directly and thoughtfully . Definitely very happy with the service we received!! read more

Air Around the Clock came our residence on Friday to replace three components that were under warranty. The technician was it our house less an hour and charged us more than $900.00. We call the office many times and were told that a "manager" would call us back. It never happened. Air Around the Clock have a low rating for a reason. Buyer beware. read more

My 4 star review has gone down to a two star and I am thinking that may be generous. Every time there is an issue, a technician comes out, recommends a repair, an installer comes and messes up the installation and then a service technician is needed to fix the work of the installer. The customer service is not great. It gets to the point where you need to become the "I need to speak to the manage person" and no one calls back. read more

**REVIEW UPDATE** After the entire installation ordeal, I expected that as long as the work was done correctly, I could move on. However, they FAILED the inspection. This is clear evidence of either the installers' attitude problems or their blatant incompetence. They even have the nerve to ask my wife, will we be paying for the reinspection fees. Are you kidding me?! Either way, this is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. I called at 9:45pm -- I got AI - I would have rather had a person but in today's no service customer service I left my information. I was told at the end of the call that someone would be getting back with me. Someone got back with me 12 HOURS later wanting to fix my system. Not hearing from them I called other service company's in the area and a real person was at my door within the hour!!! So I called Air Around the Clock in the morning and was told that they take your info and someone gets back with you in the morning!! Never again will I even call your company. read more

Today AC tech Pedro Gutierrez did a maintenance review of our AC - we have a contract so they come out twice a year to check the AC system, doing all the things I wouldn't know to do or how to do. Pedro was thorough and super friendly. (ATC seems to hire knowledgable techs with great personalities - what's their hiring process like?!!) More than that, by inspecting it, Pedro was able to stop a small issue from becoming a big issue. Our maint plan covered today's appt, so no bill. We recently had our fridge fixed by Air Around the Clock too - I continue to rely on them, just for more things. I'm their customer for decades because they come through - my AC is working, my appliances are working and they've consistently shown up for appts and did good work for all these years. The technician came for a routine service call only to declare that my A/C unit needed to be replaced because of a leak. He suggested that it was urgent and that I'd be lucky if my unit would last past this weekend. He made a call to (I assume) his manager to explain the urgency of my situation. He quoted me a fee of almost 9k for a small 2 ton A/C unit. He offered financing and had me fill out a soft inquiry for pre approval. It would have taken me 120 months to payoff the ridiculous quote which is closer to 6k at other competitors and that's a high end price. I consider myself a novice on this and followed my instincts by getting another opinion who stated that the leak the technician was referring to is normal. It is condensation and not a leak. It is suppose to function that way. He made some adjustments and serviced my unit at a much lower price than Air Around the Clock. I called ARTC and terminated all contractual dealings with them and ended my relationship with their firm. The amount of time he spent "servicing" the unit was less than 20 mins before declaring the urgency. The new tech spent more than 35 mins and said my unit was fine and if I needed a replacement it could be done under 5k. read more

its not air "around the clock". if you need service on a sunday, on a brand new $11k system put in a month ago. our system is down/ we have no cooling. the "nest" technology has no power. there is no one available??? what a joke! you guys need to make this right! they don't even have a technician we can talk to try to resolve this. do not do business with this company if you want to be screwed! read more

Jeff, our technician, did a super efficient and professional job. AATC was amazing at resolving my issue very quickly. I called after hours and by the time I got up in the a.m. I received a text stating a technician was assigned and between what hours I could expect him to arrive at my home. The worst company i have ever come across. Showed up, didn't even look at my unit and told me I needed a new one. Told him to look up fan motor warrantee because I replaced it a year ago. Treated me like stupid woman. Goes out, sits in truck for 10 minutes acting like he is looking it up (he never even opened unit to get information). He was in my face, being rude telling me there's no warranties I need new units. I told him to get out of my house several times, he told me I owed him $225 for service call and he wasn't leaving. I said fine, looked at my daughter and told her to call 911. All of a sudden the fee was waived and he left. CROOKS!!!!!!!! read more

When I moved into my house, it already had a pool heater with the Air Around the Clock sticker on it. So when our pool heater broke last year, I called them, and the service was amazing. This year, we had the same issue with the capacitor. When I called on Monday, I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle (amazing customer service). She told me my parts were under warranty, but I would still have to pay labor, plus a $95 charge for them to come out -- which would go toward the bill -- to ensure they don't waste THEIR time. The first available appointment was Thursday. They don't give appointment times but message you the morning of the appointment with an ETA. At 12 PM -- NOON -- I got a call saying they didn't have enough techs, no one would be coming that day, and they could come next week. When I asked for the supervisor to call me, Michelle again was on point and honest. She said she spoke with the supervisor and there was nothing he could do but come next Wednesday. But why would I chance it again? I already wasted four days when I could have had someone else come out and fix it. They want me to pay $95 so I don't waste their time, but they don't value customers or their time. read more

Stay away from this company they are absolute worst out there. Had a complete A\C unit put in and it was a total nightmare. The air handler is not straight the technician dropped his drill and damaged my floor and a used rusted circuit breaker was put in. I called the company and was told they would change it out for new one and I have been jerked around with all kind of excuses. This company talks about how great they are and they can't even get a new circuit breaker. Bigger is not better and this is a perfect example. Do your self a favor and stay away you will be glad you did. read more

Avoid Air Around the Clock - Faulty Installation, Repeated Flooding and Zero Accountability I rarely write reviews but my experience with Air Around the Clock has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. They installed my a/c system just over 3 1/2 years ago, and since then I've had 3 separate floods from the air handler into my bathroom. I bought their extended 5 year warranty for labor and maintenance but it's been nothing but excuses and up-charges. For example, after the first flood I paid to have a wider drainpipe installed. I asked and the technician did admit to me that the drain pan is too small. When I told the person in the office that she said that she showed the pictures the tech took to an engineer and he didn't think it was. I've had other people look at it and they also agreed that a larger pan should have originally been installed. On top of that, the recent flooding caused the silver paper and tape on the ductwork to deteriorate. They want to charge me to repair it. The biggest red flag: The safety float switch which is supposed to shut off the system when the drain pan fills, has never worked. A woman in the office actually told me that these switches sometimes stick because of the humidity. If the safety switch doesn't work in Florida humidity, what is the point of having one at all. After multiple floods, a non-functioning safety switch and a warranty they refuse to stand behind, I can't recommend Air Around the Clock. Terrible experience from start to finish! My AC went out on a Saturday night, when it was 95 degrees & I had house guests. They came out & got it back up temporarily but it was leaking in an inconvenient place & the repair wouldn't be worth the cost. I decided to replace it & the new one went in on Sunday. There was a slight complication but they were back out immediately & corrected it. I have used them for close to 2 decades for repairs, tune-ups, pipe blow outs, etc & this is the second system I replaced. Would never consider calling anybody else. They answer the phone, come out as fast as you could reasonably expect, have fair pricing & stand behind their work. Would not consider calling anybody else. read more

This company is trash. They lie about when the job will be done. I've been with no AC for a week after being told the part would come the next day. After I paid half they said not for another 5 days! So the day comes 5 days later and they say tomorrow again! Now mold has formed in the house and will cost me even more to fix that. I do not recommend using this company!! A/c flush Air around the clock was offering a promotion for $19.99 a/c flushing. Other people in my community used them so I had them come in and flush my systems On April 13. For the past month the a/c has been shutting off and then going back on. (I am a snow bird and I can see this on my phone). I finally had another a/c company come to check out what going on and they said the system needed to be flushed. It was all clogged. I'm no a/c specialist But I'm thinking it shouldn't clog in less than 3 months and that the system was not flushed on April 13. I feel deceived. And that this promo was a scam to talk me into a $360 annual contract. I just signed one with this other company, who is now flushing my system, for $280 . Terrible experience read more

New air conditioner installed in April of 2020. It stops working in August 2025 and I have the manufacturers warranty on parts for 10 years. They claim it was only for 5 years. Technician quotes me some absurd amount and goes on his way. I find the original agreement and sure enough I have 10 years on the warranty. Give them a buzz and low and behold, they find the 10 year warranty. So they will replace the parts for only the cost of labor... $900. Called my buddy, he can do it in 20-30 minutes. Air Around the Clock will not service the guaranteed warranty that I have contracted with them unless the labor fee is paid despite this being a quick replacement. So not only will they pretend customers are not under warranty in hopes to steal money from customers but they will also extort their own customers using the warrantees that they do have in order to charge absurd fees. The price I was quoted was $3000. With parts under warranty and labor any professional can handle in 30 minutes and we all know the technician is not making most of that money for labor. They're seeking about $2800 of profit for a 30 minute job. They would rather deal with the occasional lawsuit than do right by their customers. Sad. Genuinely appalling business practices. read more

Sorry Ashley- Your follow-up call was weeks late and didn't resolve anything. The fact remains-- I was overcharged-- you indicated that the high cost was related to TWO visits-- as a reminder the first visit was a diagnostic that is COVERED by my service agreement - should be NO CHARGE for that. The second was a thirty second visit to change a lightbulb - which is available online for about $18. Yes, my husband was advised of the cost, but it sounded like a much larger electrical issue- not a mere bulb replacement. To recap- I did not request a full refund - you offered a "credit" for me to change my review to 5 stars but you declined to state an amount- my question was how much of a credit -- my comment was that even a full refund didn't warrant 5 stars given the extended delay in response and that I was charged for a diagnostic visit that was covered by my contract. You indicated you would call me back with a proposed amount-- not surprised that as per AOC's practice-- no further call was received confirming any credit amount. read more
