Bronson showed up on time, answered my questions and went right to work. Each unit took about 1 hr. Time depends on how dirty blower wheels are. Pricing very reasonable compared to other companies. The bad news? It was gonna take my stimulus for a family of 5 and then some. But it's Ewa. So you basically need air con to no die. He drafted me 4 options by the next day. So you know the house was...hot Hot HOT!!!   This company is top notch. From the very beginning they worked with me on a fair quote. They didn't do a cheap inaccurate move of having me video tape my house so that they could give me a quote that wouldn't be accurate because the company is too lazy to drive to my house. They also didn't promise to do a job, then later ghost me and never get any of the services that they promised. They did what they promised and they did it well.   I originally was planning to install 4 split A/C's by myself. However after seeing how daunting the task was I searched for help. This was the only company that was not only professional (e.g. showed up on time, actually showed up, gave a fair quote, and didn't make promises that they would not complete), but they were friendly and explained everything that they were doing.  The owner Steve was an A+ professional from everything from explaining what they would need to do to install the A/Cs, but also showing up on time, and keeping me posted on the status of the job. I had already bought my split A/Cs before I hired them, and they were willing to install them unlike most other companies that are either afraid to work on systems that they don't have a discount rapport for, or have some sort of commission deal with. One of the split A/Cs was a replacement to an original A/C that wasn't working. They switched the lines no problem without saying the job was too difficult or having to tear up my walls to do the replacement. These guys are by far the best on island. I will 100% go to the guys again for any A/C installs that I have on a future house. I wish they did solar because I would hire them for that job as well. This company is professional, friendly, efficient, effective, and they will get the job done right the first time. Everyone is great and now I have a cool house that is a pleasure to live in.
