We purchased a home in Hawaii Kai that needed some split AC replacements in all 4 of our bedrooms and 1 in the master bath really bad. Also needed someone too look at our central AC. The service requested was that one AC was blowing warm air and the other needed a cleaning. I was worried that the warm air AC was on its last legs. However, Spencer and his team personally came and assessed both ACs. He determined that both were dirty and needed a deep cleaning for both the indoor units and outdoor units. After cleaning both of the ACs and checking to see if there were any leaks (there were none), both ACs were in top shape and the very cold air coming out smelled great! Spencer is amazing guy. He fixed my a/c Ecobee that I replaced it with original one. It was done by Aloha Refrigerant and when the guy came in he seemed doesn't know what to do so had to call Ecobee technician. He got help from him. Then did the cleaning. I always had Bretthill do the cleaning but since they stopped individual unit I tried once the Aloha at the same time replaced my a/c thermostat but in a few months it's suddenly stopped working. I would like to thank Spencer and his helper/sorry forgot his name for doing a terrific job. on getting our Air Conditioner Split level. working. Spencer first did a diagnostic test on our condenser. and after the test and checking our unit. the finding was that the main board on the condenser had to be replace. Because of Spencer's terrific job. this actually saved us thousands of dollar to replace condenser and unit. If anyone needs work done on your air conditioner. I strongly recommend.
