Excellent service! We live in a condo and were having such a hard time finding someone who would come to a condo and also work on a Samsung. I think was person was able to come the following week. The service requested was that one AC was blowing warm air and the other needed a cleaning. I was worried that the warm air AC was on its last legs. However, Spencer and his team personally came and assessed both ACs. He determined that both were dirty and needed a deep cleaning for both the indoor units and outdoor units. After cleaning both of the ACs and checking to see if there were any leaks (there were none), both ACs were in top shape and the very cold air coming out smelled great! I'm sitting here in my unit feeling so relieved with my AC finally blowing cold air again. Spencer really came through once more. Samsung AC units are such a pain, and barely any techs even want to touch them. Spencer fixed my AC before by replacing the main board, and this time he sent out Kaleo, who came in found the signaling issue fast, and rewired it like it was nothing. What I love about them is how quick and efficient they are. No messing around, no guessing, they show up ready with everything they need and they get straight to the point. In this hot humid weather it's nearly impossible to find anyone who can respond this quickly, but Air aesthetic never disappoints and always delivers. Spencer is amazing guy. He fixed my a/c Ecobee that I replaced it with original one. It was done by Aloha Refrigerant and when the guy came in he seemed doesn't know what to do so had to call Ecobee technician. He got help from him. Then did the cleaning. I always had Bretthill do the cleaning but since they stopped individual unit I tried once the Aloha at the same time replaced my a/c thermostat but in a few months it's suddenly stopped working. I called Aloha but they said they busy. I even left how many massage but never returned my call so I went to Yelp and I found AirEsthetic . He and the other guy fixed it. Split unit was blowing warm. asked 5 star FUSE to come out and they gave me a ridiculous quote stating I could have some gunk added to plug the leak but could cause damage to the unit. Did some research and went local this time and found airaesthetics. Spencer took the time and found the parts were under warranty and charged me labor only. the unit has been running flawlessly. I needed my split AC cleaned ...it had been a couple years which was way too long to have waited on my part. Instead of contacting the company that did the install I got a referral to check out Spencer. He arrived promptly with his helper Kalei & they went to work, did a fantastic job of cleaning our split Fujitsu unit & outdoor condenser. They were quick (less than an hour) & very thorough. When they were done the unit looked brand spanking new. I would like to thank Spencer and his helper/sorry forgot his name for doing a terrific job. on getting our Air Conditioner Split level. working. Spencer first did a diagnostic test on our condenser. and after the test and checking our unit. the finding was that the main board on the condenser had to be replace. Because of Spencer's terrific job. this actually saved us thousands of dollar to replace condenser and unit. If anyone needs work done on your air conditioner. I strongly recommend.
