I asked for a referral for someone who could complete the repair but was told to do an internet search. In short, they did half a job, left exposed wiring in a child's bedroom and did not have the decency to either call me to tell me they could not finish the job or recommend someone who could. If you are looking for customer service I suggest you look elsewhere. In reply to your comment on my review, I have no record of you ever trying to contact me after the in home visit. Not even a voicemail. My issue is with how you left the job not the function of the units up to that time.

He quoted a price of $1700 to replace it and also suggested that I may want to replace the entire furnace instead, for $9000+. In fact, another HVAC company came and found that there was water in the inducer motor. He blew out the pipes leading to it and emptied the water out of the inducer motor. No need to replace the inducer motor and certainly no need to replace entire furnace. Tom either did not know what he was doing or was not honest about the problem. Please beware!

It was a 98-degree week so I said yes, and had it fixed. The reason I bring this up now is that I think I was ripped off last year. This is why I believe this to be true: Our AC relay was tripped because the fire marshall was here at our building, which is commercial and residential, and had to shut things off before his tests. I called A All and they said it could only be fixed manually so they came, spent 5 minutes, and charged me $398. That was 2 weeks ago. Bad enough. The next day the AC went off again, and when A All came back, they said that the relay switch was burning out, and although they bypassed it we needed a new one and they would order it. Then this past Saturday the AC would not kick on for 2 hours and we had a call in. It went back on so we cancelled the call. Then Monday AM, there was no air conditioning. I put a call in and 4 hours later no one had shown up yet. I called back and I was told that one of the vans had broken and the other guy had an emergency so the tech was going to come on Tues morning. Seriously, we felt like we were shoved to the side. Robert shows up on Tues. morning and tells us that the AC compressor is shot and we need a new one. We didn't even ask if we still needed a new switch. We told them to get us an estimate. We had not heard a word by Wednesday afternoon which I found strange. The air filters had been removed and the strapping on the installation had been removed so that the piece would be sucked up against the unit and most likely burn the entire thing out. We were livid needless to say. He then told us that it is unfortunately a common thing, especially when it involves a commercial unit where the tenant (me) most likely is not going up on the roof to inspect. He fixed what had been broken and charged me $369.33! Before I let A All know what I had been told, let alone that it had been fixed, I called to get the estimated price for the new unit. I had to wait an hour and that I would get a callback with the price. No call. So I called back and waited to speak with Tyler. Neither he nor Robert would get on the phone after the assistant told me the price. She said it was going to be $4800 for a new compressor, labor, and installation. So knowing that the compressor is perfectly fine as per 2 other HVAC companies, I now believe they were going to take my money and not even replace the "broken" one. They would have just restrapped, refiltered, and rewired like the other guy and pretended they did a whole new one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF!!

Buyer beware! I can…read morenow understand why this company has numerous 5-star reviews. Initially, I had given it a 1-star rating (if I could give zero, I would). However, I was advised to remove my initial review or our project would not be completed. On Father's Day morning, we called this company for an emergency due to issues with our boilers. Initially, we were impressed by their prompt response and diagnostic services. However, working with David and his company turned out to be the worst experience we could have had. David promised us a new HVAC system (water heater and heat pump) within a day or two. This has now turned into three weeks. The communication between us and David was terrible, and he even threatened us. To make matters worse, he left our family in the middle of a heatwave, with a newborn baby! David has said vile things to my family because we asked questions about the work that was supposed to be completed and complained that the service we paid for was not complete. He was angry that we filed a complaint with the financial institution we worked with to get the work done he removed the breaker from the heat pump system and told us that "our children will suffer tonight" ( heat wave in affect and it's over 100 degrees in the home ). His words were so disturbing that they are not allowed anywhere near our property. They also damaged and left a hole in our ceiling. After stating that someone would come to fix it, just like they usually do, no one came, and they didn't even bother to follow up. We had to pay someone else to come and fix it. We took out a loan for a specific system and he promised us that system, yet installed a cheaper lesser system with equally bad customer service. Once the job was reluctantly "finished," our heat pump didn't work, and we had to call in and pay other companies to not only evaluate the work this company did but also fix it. We later found out that the work they did could have resulted in a fire if we had kept the unit running. Not only are they dishonest and take advantage of emergency situations, but they also do horrible work.
