I contacted Air Ducks Duct Cleaning during 1/2021 and was able to get an appointment in a time manner. The two technicians were helpful, kind, and patient explaining what the issue was. They were competent, fast, and efficient. My brand new dryer would not dry the laundry due to a clogged air duct. The job was done correctly and I was satisfied. I'm a little late with this review, but I wanted to make sure I posted, because I was very happy with the service I received from Air Ducks. The technicians were pleasant and professional, and they actually arrived a little early for our appointment. I hired them to clean not only my air vents, but my dryer vent, and my chimney (which I had never had cleaned in the 17 years I've lived here), and from all that I can tell (I see very little dust blowing around when my A/C is on, and my sinuses have improved), they did a great job. I also found the cost very reasonable. I plan to use them again whenever the need arises, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar services here in the IE. read more

Setting an appointment was a breeze. Karl arrived on time (very important), his work ethics are beyond what I've seen anywhere, in a very long time (old fashion, and is why I'm giving one of my very few five star reviews). Work was done in a timely manner. Even though we tried to give Karl food and water, he remained self-sufficient! (I would have been just as happy, had he taken me on my offers:). We haven't used our fireplace EVER in the ten years that we've lived here. Decided this was going to be the year but wanted to have someone come out and look at it to make sure it's ready to use this winter. The original appointment was for 9am. The tech called and said he'd be arriving closer to 10. Didn't actually get here until 10:20am. The overall service was about a half hour. As I mentioned before, we've never used the fireplace so there wasn't much to clean. The tech said everything was good to go. Didn't go on roof to inspect chimney. When it came time to pay, the tech tried charging $25 more than what I was quoted on Yelp. Not sure if the service is really worth $125 (DEF not the $150 they tried to charge) when all they did was vacuum up some cobwebs but I do feel better about using our fireplace so there's that. The tech was nice and wore a mask while working in the house. read more

Two weeks later I called him with an emergency AC issue, he showed up within 2 hours.
