She remembered my call after hearing my first name and double checked that all the information she recorded the day before was correct. It was. She apologized and stated the Keith would give me a call. I have still not received a call back to schedule service. My A/C stopped blowing cold and my unit is 14 years old. I guess if KeithHAC is too busy to schedule service on a system that likely needs or will need to be replaced soon for thousands of dollars, I will find a different HVAC company that is better with customer service, communication, and wants to add new clientele to their business. I don't think you can measure a business when everything is going perfectly. You measure a business by how they handle things when it doesn't go as planned. Everything has been going great, but we recently had a little hiccup when I added a whole home water filtration system. I was a little frustrated and it took a little bit to get the right person on the phone, but I'm really happy to know that they are the same company from 11 years ago. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies in the area that will install something and if there is a problem, you are on your own. I see a 1-star review from someone who was frustrated with lack of customer service. I was frustrated with this too. The AI phone interface can be frustrating, but there are good people working there who are trying to do the right thing. It just might take a little bit of patience to get the right person on the other end of the phone. I do know that they are addressing this problem. Julian is my plumber and Sam is my HVAC guy and when they come to the house it's like having old friends visit. At the end of the day, that's what keeps me coming back to them. The work is solid, the technicians are knowledgeable, and when something does come up they stand behind what they do. Eleven years later, that still says a lot about the kind of company they are. I have no hesitation to call them for some of the bigger upcoming purchases that our household needs, like a new AC unit and a tankless water heater.
