Before I go into the details, I just need to say this upfront. I have never been more impressed and more thankful for a company's service. I can't stop thinking about it! Now let's get into the story. I ended up coming home and my air-conditioning was broken for at least a day and a half. I called company A ( not naming for respect purposes) and they ended up quoting me $2300 to fix one little crack in a copper pipe, and to refill the Freon. I knew something was wrong so I decided that I would call a different company to compare the quotes. After speaking with Air Force One, they told me that that was way out of proportion, and that they could offer me a better price. Linda told me on the phone twice that Scott was the best in the business and he is the best at what he does. I told her I was going to hold her accountable for saying that and she was right. Scott is the most honest, caring, helpful, and kind spirited HVAC service man you will know. He was nice enough to let me come on top of the roof and see exactly what he was doing because I wanted to learn a little bit about the air conditioning unit. He has been fixing air conditioning since high school and that should tell you a lot about the experience he has. After everything they ended up quoting us $774 and saving us $1500... I know it's disgusting that the other company was going to charge us $2300. Overall, I just have to say that air force one air conditioning is that one company that I just so happen to call that turned out to be the best experience in the world and Scott and Linda truly are a power couple and I have so much respect for all the work and service they do for the valley. So what I want you to do is if you ever need your air conditioning fixed or you know someone that does please refer this company because I promise you will not be disappointed. It was one of those experiences where you just can't stop telling everyone how good it was because of how much money you saved and how nice everyone was. Also, one last note Scott was telling me that someone left a bad review on yelp and it turned out They never actually ended up servicing that person ever so I hope it wasn't a fake review but regardless, if you ever see a bad review for this company. I call bullshit. Just to tell you what type of person Scott is... you know how us customers are always willing to give our air conditioning guy's water bottles??? He was nice enough to offer me an ice cold water bottle! HAHA! I really can't say enough, so just know that this is the best company in Arizona if you need your air-conditioning fixed at a reasonable price and with outstanding service. Don't do business with this SHADY company. Scott couldn't fix the problem I was having after multiple attempts. Also, Scott tried to blame someone else for breaking our condenser. Nobody could figure out what he was doing for several hours at $80 per hour for a "Master" Technician. Scott must hold the record for the longest time spent cleaning a coil. Do yourself a favor and research this company on the Maricopa Recorder website. Never do business with anybody desperate for money with a recurring pattern of Tax Liens. 1 Star is generous and Scott has an F Rating with the BBB. One more thing; How does an A/C technician not have refrigerant on hand when that is the one thing he initial came out for? read more

I called panicking at 5:30 on a Friday night in July because my A/C was broken. They had Scott out to my house by 8 PM and he was able to walk me through everything and fix the problem and was there until 10 at night. Then he came back the next morning to check on it and now I have cool air again! It was a balmy 110 degree Saturday September evening. Around 5pm the house went from a pleasant 76 to 88 degree and it was obvious there was a problem. Something stopped the Trane. So I went to yelp to read the reviews and (with the exception of Judy S), everyone seemed to be pretty happy with AF1. So I called and they were able to come out in short notice in a couple of hours. I really have no clue what the 1 star reviewer was rambling about. We have used Air Force One for 10 years at two different houses and they have been nothing less than the best. I can't adequately explain how amazing the level of service we have received.
