They put in my Carrier ac new and now they don't have a clue how to fix it. They told me to buy another one like I have for $22,000 or spend $18,000 for a new York ac. I find it hard to believe that I need a whole new central ac when this one has never had any problems. I always had a high rating for them, until now. We have someone else coming to look at it. Update: Tri-County came and put a new capacitor in. Simple repair $200. So why did this company want me to put in a new $22,000 AC? Rip-off don't use them! read more

These guys work on a contract for our HVAC system- they come out periodically and check out the levels of refrigerant, cooling levels, ensures that the thermostat is working properly, and do some light maintenance. Their prices seem to be fair. I like the fact that they're punctual, and do a good job communicating what needs to be done, and when they're going to be able to do it. They haven't ever proposed anything wild or unnecessary, and all their work seems to be reasonable. Things are going well with Air Rescue, and we'll continue to do business with them! read more

My capacitor went out over Christmas weekend and air rescue. Thank goodness was able to come out and help $350 later for maybe a 30 minute visit. I was a bit agast, but it was Christmas weekend. The technician said that he put in a bigger part, but if it didn't work that to call and they would order an American made one with a 5 year warranty. So I said okay. Well, within the hour the capacitor flipped the breaker again and I wasn't calling anybody back out Cause that was 350 bucks We didn't even already have so fast forward 45 days and it started flipping my breaker again. When it started getting warm outside, flip flip-flop got to the point where it was flipping 10 × 15 times in an afternoon evening. So we called our usual people who came out and informed me that the capacitor that was used was too SMALL I called the company and spoke with the owner. He did not believe me said that he had to speak with his tech that he stood by his business 20 years blah blah Blah, well, low and behold he calls me back to let me know that the tech messed up that he forgot because it was the holidays that he was supposed to order the right part well He never told us that he didn't put the right one on! Thomas said If I'll bring the part back up there that he will make it right or that they could drop it off. I responded that I'm disabled, so would you please bring it by here? Ive never heard anything back and I'm till waiting and we're going on our third week. Mind you their office is maybe 5-7 minutes from me. These people lie and I cant stand a liar. What a world class team! I called this morning at 8am, and got to speak to their customer service rep and dispatcher Daphne. She was helpful, friendly, and really knew how to help me understand what was needed to take care of my A/C issue. Over the call, she asked great questions to prepare their technicians for the job and communicated this perfectly to their team. The A/C repair Tech, Montgomery, showed up to my house around 1PM the same day, completely prepared. Taking every COVID-19 precaution very seriously and with the greatest care, he went to his work. In less than an hour he was done and I had an invoice in my email. Great work!! I work in the plumbing service & repair industry and really recognize great service when I see it. I had purchased many stand alone purifiers in my house but I was still needing to wear masks in my house on bad mold and cedar days. This system made more sense running it through the air duct and it was a very easy install. My life has changed dramatically and I am not suffering inside the house. Thomas from Air Rescue just finished our spring semi-annual check up and renewed our twice a year contract for another year. We've been with this company for about 5 years. They installed our current system in March of 2013. It included a great programmable thermostat that wound up reducing our electric bill substantially. I called Air Rescue AC in response to a questionable estimate I received from another AC company that wanted to replace my freon unit for $8700 and told us it was dead and needed to be shut off. Thomas arrive promptly the next day and informed us our unit was a good one that only needed freon in both of our units and a tuneup. For roughly $600 he fixed the two units and a problem created by the other guys -- now all is well. I am now a big fan of Air Rescue--always good to find a company you can trust in the AC industry! Rhew, the A/C tech, was very knowledgeable and quickly solved my problem. I called AIR RESCUE for a second opinion. they gave me first class service and solved my problem. 1st opinion spent 15 minutes determining my "problem" was I need a new AC and an hour telling me all about old ACs. Rhew spend that amount of time fixing my AC and I don't need a new AC, he fixed my old one. AIR RESCUE and Rhew will be my first call next time I have a HEAT or A/C problem. Thanks Rhew. read more
