We asked for a technician o make some adjustments to the Trane system we bought in spring of 2025. James, who has worked with Wright Home Services for more than 15 years with Trane products, made some adjustments, and the system continues to keep us cool. My Trane died and given that it was about 15 years old, the part was unavailable. That is how to stop a Trane btw, obsolecece. Nevertheless, it was a very low maintenance unit so I decided to go with another. The sales rep Jason gave me a few options and his throughts on trade offs. I wound up deciding to get another faily high-end Trane and I'm very happy with it. Write Home Services installed the unit and did a great job. Never again (glad I sold the house). I needed the flame sensor cleaned. Wright did it a couple of years ago for $85. This time? Same exact, easy and quick work, and the price jumped from $85 to $295!! I had used them for TEN YEARS, and they gave no consideration for that loyalty, NOR any reasonable explanation why the cost had jumped so high. I ditched Goettl because everytime they came out there was something needed that would cost thousands of dollars. The last time they told my all of the air ducts needed cleaning. Absolutely awesome!!!!! They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I have used them many times and they have always been honest and reasonably priced. My parents were getting ripped off by Airtron, so I called Wright and they solved the problem for under $100. Airtron told them their compressor was bad and they needed $2900 to replace it. Wright came out and found out their thermostat was bad and put a temporary one in until they could buy a new one. Charged them under $100. NEVER USE AIRTRON. I will always call Wright. They are one of the few good AC companies around today. Ask for Jody. He is great. read more

They do a great job and they fully explain what needs to be done and answer all my questions to the best of their ability. They aren't pushy or condescending. Absolutely one of the worst AC companies ever!!! This will be the third time they have to come fix our AC in a month for the same problem over and over! The company has the worst customer service; they are not only rude, but abrasive, argumentative and always want to be "right" - maybe that's why they call themselves "Wright Services". I am tired of hearing if the AC is working when the service man leaves then the AC is fixed. The AC did not last an hour before going out right after the service man left how can the AC be fixed. Now two weeks later the exact same thing happens and the only thing they can say with a sarcastic attitude is if you do not like our service then go somewhere else. Not once did the company ever take responsibility or even apologize for the major inconvenience and work missed to be there so they can repeatedly fix the same problem.
