During the HVAC work, I noticed they were very careful - they placed canvas cloths on any place they walked on and cleaned up all the vents. In addition, Arturo personally responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. This was all back in August 2021. We were looking for an HVAC contractor to check the piping/ducting issue which caused the leak according to the roofer retained by HOA. It is relatively small project but I need someone to go up to top of a 2-story structure with only access from the ground level. I requested the service on late Thursday through Yelp, got the response from Arturo shortly after, and we set up the appointment on Monday morning. Arturo and his helper arrived about 15 earlier before our scheduled appointment, spent time with our us to discuss the potential cause of the problem, and proceed with the repair. Even though this is not a major project, Arturo resealed all the openings carefully and took pictures and videos for us to notify HOA for the future concerns which were not addressed by their roofer. It took some time to do all that and Arturo charged us for one hour only for their service. He did not take the advantage charging the client unreasonable amount due to the urgency for the service provided, or was not reluctant to take on small assignment. Our Operation Room humidity temperatures were rising every time surgeon had to use a drill. We reached out to well known vendor who quoted prices 4 x what Air Revolution charged.
