Came here to install the OEM audio plus JBL enhancement sound system through the company's recommendation. Although there was a shipping delay from the factory (probably the backlog at the Long Beach port), he communicated with me frequently to give me an update as to when the part will arrive. Once it arrived, he did a real clean job on installing the sound system. Music sounds amazing and also installed sound deafening through his recommendation to eliminate any possible rattle and enhanced the sound even more! He was also kind enough to install my dashcam since he was taking apart the interior for the sound system installation. I highly recommend coming here! Great shop for air suspension needs!! I accidentally over torqued and snapped off the thread and nut where your dampening adjustment is. Shin was able to help me order a new shock, however it did take a little longer than expected. Fortunately, he was very responsive to my inquiries. The day we scheduled to have my car done, I scheduled a tow with AAA but got delayed almost 2 hour before being able to arrive. At this point it was pretty much almost closing time for him. We arrived there about 15mins before his closing time and he was nice enough to accommodate me to have my car fixed that same night when I needed it. He was also able to notice my brake lines were held together with zip ties. He was able to correctly screw in my brake lines also. On top of that noticed my rear bags were installed opposite from one another and was able to put them together correctly! If you're looking for help with your air suspension needs, Shins your man. It was a little tough for me at the beginning to find someone who could help me with my air suspension needs since the initial person who did mine went MIA. I had some issues with the height sensors in my car and was in need of having them checked out and fixed. The previous installer didn't put them in correctly and caused lots of issues with the car not leveling correctly, throwing sensor error codes, and achieving the proper presets. Shin completely fixed the issues by properly measuring travel clearance of all suspension components to ensure no parts came in contact with each other or the height sensors themselves. This required remounting the sensors in a custom location with custom mounting points; the only true way to get the best height sensors utilization. It's the level of precision and detail he exhibits while performing the repairs that sets him apart from all other shops. He cares about what he does and he does so ever so meticulously; constantly measuring and jotting down notes and drawing diagrams to ensure everything is just right. It's the level of detail I would only want for my car. He is also very responsive and provides frequent updates regarding my car as he fixes it and even lets me know of other issues he encounters. I stopped by this morning to see if I can get my front air bags reinstalled (after having the bags replaced) and spoke with Shin. He said he would be able to do it and for a great price, but due to a project he was already working on he wouldn't be able to work on my car and that I would have to schedule at a future time. I own a Lexus RCF and wanted to get a front camera, screen mirroring and bypass installed from BeatSonics. Scheduling was super easy, Shin was great in answering all questions. During install I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail, the amount of care in how he performed the installation. He's methodical and your car will be taken of. Everything from protecting my interior while he worked to his craftsmanship and knowledge. Shin's a great guy. Went above and beyond and even took care of rewiring my Escort 360 for a cleaner look (kinda took care of my DIY install.
