Yesterday, my family purchased memberships to the Sky Zone Chula Vista location. We were sorely disappointed with the condition of the place as many of the attractions were closed, broken or unable to be used as intended. We mostly enjoy using the dodgeball game but there were only two small balls and one flat one with 20 kids. The cleanliness of the place was extremely poor and even the trampoline area had 4 broken trampolines and a ton of kids running and not following the rules clearly displayed but there was very little staff to handle the chaos. There was also a verbal altercation between parents about their kids' poor behavior that made us all uncomfortable. Needless to say, we did not stay very long (although we paid for a full day membership), and do NOT intend to go back to that location. I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE. I MIGHT REMOVE IF AT LEAST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DECENT, IF AND WHEN THEY RESPOND.

Decent size and I've always been here in the mornings so can't really speak to how busy this place gets. Prices are not too bad with two kids and adult membership running around $70 for pretty much all you can jump for a month. They have a few things you can do, zip line, rotating arm that knock out people, but there isn't always enough staff to have them open. Lack of dodgeballs in the dodgeball pit (there are zero). Could be a little better maintained with the day to day stuff, but overall not horrible spot to get your kids energy spent.

    These snacks are expensive!!

It's a nice place for kids....my nephews LOVED IT!! As soon as I walked in, it smelled like a gym. They didn't have any hot food at this location when I went, because of the kitchen being renovated. The snack case contained over priced snacks, which was absolutely ridiculous, for what they were charging. I didn't jump around, so I was given a wrist band that read "Observer". Anyhow, they want to go back, so I guess this place served it's purpose for them.

Took my kids and paid $27.99 per child and it should have been half the price! -The wipeout area was broken. -Part of the obstacle was broken. -The zip line couldn't be used due to no staffing. Why does the facility look so run down? The owner needs to put some TLC into this place! They had one part time employee working the entire floor, huge red flags.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

If I buy the all day pass when is the best time to go so there is less people for the bang for my buck?

Hi Julian, thank you for your interest in Sky Zone San Diego. Weekdays (Monday- Thursday) are typically our slower days. So if your aim is to come when the park is least busy I would suggest visiting us on a weekday. We look forward to your visit…

I was wondering if you have toddler time? If so, what days and times.

Hi Karen, we do have toddler time Sundays 9AM to 11AM & Tuesday's 10AM to 12PM. You can find more details on our website as well: https://www.skyzone.com/sandiego/programs/toddler-time Have a wonderful day and thank you for your interest in Sky…

Do they allow outside food and drink?

No they don't. Not even Starbucks. You can only bring food if you're having a party there but even then you have to pay a fee to be able to. This is as of November 2017 though so I would call to see if anything has changed.

Is the price only for 1 person? Like if I pay for 60 mins is that only for one person

    That is correct (:

Do we need our parents or guardians if we are under 18?

No but you do need them to fill out a waiver for you before having them leave! They may fill it out on our website www.skyzone.com/sandiego HAVE FUN!

The downside that I experienced today is that too many parents treat it as daycare, while they sit and doom scroll on their phones the entire time rather than watch their own children. Maybe the solution is more staff on site to enforce safety for ALL, and possibly color coded wristbands to help locate children and their parents quicker. When I was there there was only one young lady who was working, and she was doing what she could in terms of cleaning and helping guests. The 4 and under area seemed to be overran by kids who seemed older than 4 and were rough housing. Did not feel safe to have my 1 year old playing in the same vicinity. Children possibly between the ages of 5-7 walking on the ledge of the ball pit area and jumping onto the inflatable obstacle course. I was worried if they lost their balance walking on the ledge they would've landed on my daughter who was sat playing in the ball pit. One older boy, around 5-6 years old forcefully moved my 1 year old's hand from an item they both wanted, and parents nowhere to be found or redirect the behavior. So, I instead moved my daughter to a different area. One parent seemed to have stayed on his computer with headphones in the ENTIRE time while we were there, and I never saw him get up to check on his children the hour that we were there. Safety should be the priority for everyone and parents sitting there staring at a screen is totally unfair to the parents who are near their children the entire time, as this place claims it should be. We did enjoy it, though it seemed more stressful trying to make sure the other older children didn't accidentally hurt my child while their parents' face remained glued to a screen.

What should have been a special night for my nine-year-old son turned into one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a birthday party. The facility was unbearably hot during a San Diego heat wave. I specifically asked if the AC was working and was told it was running at maximum capacity. Employees later told us the AC apparently hasn't worked for months. Check-in was chaotic despite completing our waivers beforehand, and during the races, one child's kart battery died and he was unable to finish--with no replacement race or accommodation offered. But the worst part was the behavior of the supervisor, Will. One of the fathers in our group unknowingly brought in an outside drink. The moment he was told it wasn't allowed, he threw it away without an issue. Despite complying, Will continued to confront him aggressively. When I approached to understand what was happening and de-escalate the situation, Will became aggressive and intimidating toward me as well, standing extremely close to me and speaking to me in a completely inappropriate manner. This happened in front of our children, moments before we were supposed to sing Happy Birthday. The situation escalated to the point that law enforcement became involved, and I will be filing an official police report. We spent a significant amount of money on the party, additional races, food and drinks, and consistently tipped the employees helping us. To have my son's birthday end this way was absolutely unacceptable. I am asking K1 Speed corporate management to investigate this incident, speak with the employees who witnessed it, review the surveillance footage, and address the ongoing AC issue. No family should spend this kind of money on a child's birthday party only to leave feeling threatened and unsafe. I would not recommend this location to another family.

While observing the employee operating the spinning jump attraction, I personally saw him appear to nod off or fall asleep while leaning against the inflatable approximately five times. He was responsible for operating the attraction at the time. I cannot determine the cause of this behavior and am not alleging impairment or a medical condition. My concern is that he appeared to fall asleep repeatedly while operating moving recreational equipment used by children. I immediately reported this to the woman at the front counter, who identified herself as the highest-ranking manager or supervisor on site. She gave the employee a break but questioned whether he had actually been falling asleep and stated that there was no safety-related concern, noting that he had "been here the longest." I explained that I had personally observed this multiple times. I then requested management contact information and the names of both employees so I could accurately document the incident. She declined to provide either name, stating that employees were not required to provide their names to customers. Please have ownership or senior management investigate this incident. The employees should be identifiable through the work schedule and attraction assignment for August 29. If surveillance covers the spinning jump attraction, please preserve and review relevant footage from before and after my report. My concern is the safe operation of the attraction. Employees operating recreational equipment should remain attentive while children are using it, and reports of an employee appearing to fall asleep should be documented and investigated promptly. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise whether it will be reviewed. I would appreciate a summary of the outcome and any corrective action taken, if applicable. Thank you,

While we were there, an incident occurred between two kids where one child was hit in the face. We were told to speak to Alyssa who's the shift manger on duty. Instead of helping us, she directed us to a website/phone number and repeatedly said she trusted her staff and that she had been told nothing happened. This became even more confusing when the staff present clarified that this was not what they had told her. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern or professionalism. She never asked whether the child was okay or whether any assistance was needed. Instead, she told us she did not like the way we were speaking to her. She may not have liked our accent, or communication style, but that should not prevent a manager from helping a customer appropriately--especially when the concern involves a child's safety. Ironically, her staff handled the situation much more professionally. Before we left, they followed up with us and offered to file an incident report. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly handled, and it left us seriously questioning what procedures are actually in place when a child is injured. I would appreciate someone from upper management contacting me directly to review what happened and explain the proper procedure for handling incidents involving children. When parents trust a facility with their kids, we need to know that safety concerns will be taken seriously and handled with professionalism, empathy, and appropriate follow-up. There also needs to be proper training for managers and staff on incident reporting, communication, and how to respond when a child is hurt. Until we know this situation has been addressed and appropriate training is in place, it will be very difficult for us to feel comfortable trusting this facility with our kids again.

Props to the teams: Sat-Ian (Team Captain), Gary, Doris and Arlene Sun-MC, Amber, Andy and Dan This year's obstacles were crazier and even dirtier than last year. I remember last year I barely got wet and/or dirty and I dried off fairly quick. This year was BANANAS!!! Mud, puddles, foam, water, inner tubes, slides, color, and then some. I was happy I got thru the monkey bars without falling into the water/mud pit. I was not happy that the next obstacle (foam inner tube) I was shot with foam in my face going down the water slide and I almost drowned by getting ran over by another inner tube into the water pit. WOW! Thereafter, you have the revolving balls. You have to get across by walking on the tubes without falling into the muddy water. FAIL!!! Almost drowned in 4 ft of water. Then the injury with going up the ladders. I sustained a deep cut on my knee and started to bleed. I ran pass a First Aid booth asking for a band aid and got shut down with a "we're not first aid". Then whyTF were you in the first aid booth?! My fave was the big gigantic slide at the end of the course! You dive head first down the slide. YIPEEEEE!!!!!!! I have to admit, some of the challenges were pretty intense and nuts, but it sure was a LOT OF FUN!!! By the end, we were soaking wet, muddy, foamed and colored. CRAZINESS!!!
