Every time is better than the last. Jordan and Gio went out of their way to make sure we had what we need and always with a smile. Kids are gently coached to remember safety if needed and they have plenty of staff with eyes everywhere. We love the ninja course, trampoline free-throws, the game wall, zip lineand the dodgeball court! The trampoline area is safe and padded with plenty of space for everyone to play and practice being the next trampoline superstar. We love this place and will keep coming back! read more

I've been trying to reach management at this location regarding a harassment police report involving one of their monthly membership members. I've emailed several times and they just offered a free jump. I needed the memberships cancelled and refunded for June and now they charged July One of their monthly members goes their frequent and the staff is aware of this. Their parents have not taken action on the members behavior. Discouraging other children to want to jump in certain areas. The staff is aware and acknowledged this harassment. Management has yet to resolve the issue. I've submitted multiple requests and when I call their voicemail does not work and you can't speak to anyone at this location. If you want your kids safe I would not leave them u attended as the staff can't protect them from harassment as well. read more

PSA: one day pass is basically the same as a one month all you can jump pass and there's no minimum commitment. You just have to remember to cancel before the next month whenever you want to stop! I was skeptical of catches but they assured me of all the things so I went ahead with the membership to see if my kids will really go enough to make it worth it. There are foam pits, mazes, trampoline basketball, full trampoline rooms, dodge ball rooms (crazy and stayed away from that), and even a zip line (though that wasn't open all the time and there was a line when it was open). Plus food, arcade games, couches or tables for parents, and birthday rooms. The couches were a nice touch for all the parents waiting!! The kids had a sweaty blast! I usually have such great experiences here, but this visit was disappointing. At check-in, Yareli ("manager" ) was not the kindest. It wasn't so much what she said, but how she said it . her tone and demeanor came across as if she didn't want to be there. Every other time I've come in, the employees have been kind, welcoming, and courteous, which makes the experience worth my 40-minute drive from East County. Unfortunately, this interaction left me questioning how someone in customer service could provide such unfriendly service. ... As a member, I value the positive, warm atmosphere your younger employees consistently provide & was not happy how she treated me. Workers are standing around and attractions are closed. The place is already small and the zip line continuously is closed on a Saturday. Workers are standing around talking to each other. When asked...they open it for 15 min and then close it again. I see two groups of employees that are standing in groups of 3-4, NOT working! Don't come here...save your money. We had booked a team party here. Granted they had a discount for a weekday party (great.) however, for the price we paid for the party I will never do a party here again. The area we sat was enough for all the children. However, the cleanliness of the area was poor. The napkin dispenser was full of dust, this was the only dispenser for our party. I took it upon myself to dust it off prior tot the kids coming to get napkins. Sky zone usually has water dispensers out for the kids, this time they did not. Our party had 19 kids, we received a total of 3 pizzas;24 slices. I have no idea who assumes this breakdown makes sense. We had to order more pizza to get the kids fed. The pizza had great taste. We also received pitchers of soda with no refills; $10 for refills. The cleanliness at this park is 1/5. The foam pit is disgusting. I gave the employee foam squares with what appeared to be mold. I think this place just gave up on making it what is used to be. For a party that cost over $500 (originally, $700+) I would never book again or bring my children, until they improve their cleaning. I do have to give the staff a good rating that assisted with the party. They were friendly and helped many parents with their concerns. read more

I will not be bringing my son back to any Sky Zone. This is not the first time we've had an issue here with older kids hurting little ones., but this time was by far the worst -- and the response from management made it even more concerning. During our recent visit, all staff were gathered at the front, and there was zero supervision in the trampoline areas. A teenager took a dodgeball into a restricted area and repeatedly pelted my 10-year-old son, including directly in the face, knocking his glasses off. My son eventually lay down crying and messaged me to come get him -- he was too afraid to walk past the teenager again. By the time I reached him, he was crying and had a red bump forming on his forehead. I took him to the front and spoke with staff, but was met with a very dismissive response. They spoke briefly to the teenager but took no meaningful action, so we left- just, "he said he didnt do anything." OK so he's free to do it again. Before leaving the parking lot, I noticed my son had developed a serious goose egg on his forehead, an additional bump on the back of his head, a bruise firming on his arm, and large red welt across his back. As someone with a medical background, I know just how dangerous this could have been -- especially being hit in the face with glasses on and in the back of the head. I went back inside and asked to speak with the manager again, only to be told, "We'll call you if we need anything." There was no real concern shown for my son's physical or emotional safety. I showed them the developing bruises, and they reviewed the video but downplayed the severity as "just kids playing." This was not harmless play -- my son was targeted and injured. I politely requested multiple times for the regional manager to contact me so I could simply discuss the situation and ensure this wouldn't happen to another child. No one ever called. I am not an overreactive parent -- I fully understand that kids can get rowdy and accidents happen. But this was not an accident. And the complete lack of supervision, accountability, and follow-up from management here is appalling. Parents: if you visit SkyZone, please keep a very close eye on your child. The staff are not monitoring the play areas, and if your child is injured, you may find that the management simply does not care. To the one staff member who initially showed us empathy -- thank you. To the management: your lack of responsibility is unacceptable. You owe it to your customers to take children's safety seriously and train your staff accordingly. read more

Yesterday, my family purchased memberships to the Sky Zone Chula Vista location. We were sorely disappointed with the condition of the place as many of the attractions were closed, broken or unable to be used as intended. We mostly enjoy using the dodgeball game but there were only two small balls and one flat one with 20 kids. The cleanliness of the place was extremely poor and even the trampoline area had 4 broken trampolines and a ton of kids running and not following the rules clearly displayed but there was very little staff to handle the chaos. There was also a verbal altercation between parents about their kids' poor behavior that made us all uncomfortable. Needless to say, we did not stay very long (although we paid for a full day membership), and do NOT intend to go back to that location. I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE. I MIGHT REMOVE IF AT LEAST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DECENT, IF AND WHEN THEY RESPOND. read more

Decent size and I've always been here in the mornings so can't really speak to how busy this place gets. Prices are not too bad with two kids and adult membership running around $70 for pretty much all you can jump for a month. They have a few things you can do, zip line, rotating arm that knock out people, but there isn't always enough staff to have them open. Lack of dodgeballs in the dodgeball pit (there are zero). Could be a little better maintained with the day to day stuff, but overall not horrible spot to get your kids energy spent. read more

This Skyzone location is corporate owned business except the other 3 locations throughout san diego area. As an elite member, i am very dissapointed with this skyzone location, they closed a lot of trampoline under maintenance every single month and not much to offer.. i feel like the corporate is lacking and needs to accomodate the right price of what consumers are paying for every month especially the prices we pay is over through the roof on a monthly basis. Also, the downside of memberships too is that you can only use your memberships on the same location and cannot be use into a other locations in the area because supposedly "corporation" and "Franchise" don't mixed together like WTF?. The other locations are much more favor to my family because they are always maintained and all the jumps are open. This location really sucks from customer service to jump areas always closed. It was a big mistake in my end to re renew and gave this location another shot but i will keep this one month and cancel and go somewhere else that has more value on my dollar. read more

Every time we leave this place, my kids get sick. It's really unsanitary, but it's a Good time. We've come for leisure and a Party before. The party room was decent sized, pizza is cool. Checkin is usually efficient. Sign the waivers before arrival to expedite the process. They could clean this place more though. The floor was sticky, dirty. Foam pit was itchy. There was gum in one of the trampolines. Wipeout attraction broken. Not my favorite place to take the kids. read more

It's a nice place for kids....my nephews LOVED IT!! As soon as I walked in, it smelled like a gym. They didn't have any hot food at this location when I went, because of the kitchen being renovated. The snack case contained over priced snacks, which was absolutely ridiculous, for what they were charging. I didn't jump around, so I was given a wrist band that read "Observer". Anyhow, they want to go back, so I guess this place served it's purpose for them. read more

This place has become unsafe and poorly supervised. My kids have repeatedly experienced aggressive behavior, including balls being thrown at their faces hard enough to injure them, and there have been ongoing incidents of racial harassment from other kids with no staff intervention. Even when management acknowledged a repeat offender and promised to follow up, they never did. The environment is very ghetto and chaotic, with little to no supervision from employees or parents. On top of that, the bathrooms are consistently dirty, and are not well maintained. My kids no longer feel safe here. I feel better taking my kids to Jump Around. The employees there pay more attention, and the overall environment is better. read more

I have three children and we have been members now for more than 2 years. We became members during a glow night which back then was included with a premium membership (friday and saturday nights). Although we have not consistently used our membership, we have continued to stay members because the kids (and i) thoroughly enjoyed our late night weekend visits. I never paid attention to the fact that glow nights had been discontinued. All i know is that as a premium member we have no black out times and days. That's what made the membership worth it for us. Tonight all of that changed. We walked in with an hour to go. This is not really a concern since we are members. When we arrive apparently glow night have been reimagined at our expense. So the loyalty for being a member for more than 2 years is that we can now pay $17 a child for glow nights which for us means an additional $53.30 every time we attend a weekend night. So the value in the membership disappeared. On top of that we didn't know any of this upon walking in tonight especially since when our membership used to include glow nights. I would think since this was all a surprise to us that we would be given grace at least once and allow us to jump for what was now only 30 minutes left. Nope. Too bad. Too sad. We had to pay $53.34 for 30 minutes because by this time the kids were already set on jumping, saw the glow excitement and had been waiting 20 minutes while we grasped the concept. It would be torture for the kids and I to walk out on the fun by this time. All the manager could muster was free socks for my kids. It was hardly a constellation or an appreciation for our years as members. Whats more is our premium membership lost value. We paid for no blackout time/dates but now we cannot use the facility after 8pm on weekends because of the new glow program. The manager bragged that we would get a new shirt each time. We dont need a new shirt. Thanks anyway. After paying an unexpected $50 dollars on top of my montly $83... I can officially say this our last month. It was fun while it was affordable. read more

I have been coming to this location for 3 years and my kids love it. The staff they have here are amazing and very friendly. My kids definitely go home very exhausted after two hours of playing . It's definitely a safe environment for the kids. There is always a staff in every corner watching the kids making sure they are safe. Always appreciate their hard work and will keep coming back. Highly recommend for kids ages between 3-14 years old. It's not to loud and very relaxing for a parent to be able to catch up with work or any free time for them selves. It was not too expensive I believe it was $15 per kid and we got a discount because we had a toddler. The snack area was not too expensive, they even gave us free popcorn which I thought was nice of them to do. The pizza was not the best but the guy at the snack area was very nice and informative. We visited the Chula Vista Skyzone on 3/12/23 at approximately 2:45-4pm. We paid online and obtained entrance once checked in. At that time I purchased one set of grippy socks, but had our own pair with us. The attendant did not inform us all socks must be purchased at Skyzone, this would have been helpful before toting two toddlers up to the play area to be turned away for not having Skyzone socks. Second, we went to use the women's restroom in which two of three were out of order and one occupied (meaning all the women/kids in Skyzone were left to use ONE bathroom stall). My toddler needed to go, so we had to go in the out of order restroom. Not sanitary and not convenient in the slightest. Lastly, water was leaking from what looked to be the roof or air conditioning unit (a unit so full of dust and clogged ducts it stands to be a health and safety violation, in addition to delayed maintenance). All this to say this place is making a killing off of ticket sales but is not doing routine basic maintenance like keeping the ceiling from leaking and having operational restrooms. Two stars for the nice young man that helped us get a pair of socks after we were not allowed to use our Ninja socks. read more

I have 5 little ones so it always leaves a very positive impression on me when not only I bit my kids too receive excellent customer service. I had a party on 12/29/2024. They checked in people that I did not know to my party and also had one of my guests pay for themselves but eventually let him have a refund for their mistake, they did not have the room ready with the Mega package (water bottles and stickers). I had to constantly find the party host to ask for them and for a refill. I also was missing one cheese pizza from my order but they said I did not order it and only gave me 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese. But I have the proof in my email from when I made the reservation. I also did not get my 1 Pepsi and instead got 2 lemonades. I also had to find a host again to get a cake knife. The party host was always somewhere else and had to be looked for. I do not appreciate how I had to pay so much for a bad experience. I would NOT recommend. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

I usually don't do trampoline parks, but my kids have been begging me since summer started. They're 12 and well...what're you gonna do? ‍ I took them this past weekend and we had the BEST time. One of the staff members CJ was SO amazing, and is definitely an asset to his team. Not only does it seem employees are relaxed around him, but they're alert! My son Riley, 12, got hit in the face during dodgeball and CJ was the first to swoop in and take action. Will definitely be coming back throughout the summer! read more

We always noticed the young workers don't really do much, barely supervise and they just watch the bigger kids jump dangerously without paying attention to smaller kids around them, but still took our kids there. Until yesterday June 10 was our final straw. My two year old nephew -- whom doesn't understand much yet (like any other kid at that age) was treated poorly by a worker named AMANDA! The whole time we were there, we noticed that she looked like she didn't want to be there and she was being so rude and impatient with MY TWO YEAR OLD NEPHEW. She would tell him to "get outta here bud" with so much attitude and when she was told "Calm down, you see us already trying to get him right? He's only two" she looked at us and responded "Oh" with sooooo much attitude. She treated him poorly and unfairly because he couldn't understand her. She was very impatient!!!! Spoke to two managers (I didn't get their name) but one was a girl and the other was guy, and I was told Amanda is new. Newly hired or not, there is no good excuse to treat a kid that way especially if you got hired at an environment like Skyzone. Skyzone Chula Vista you could do better. Beware parents before you bring your kids here for one free at the main attractions are closed. It's kind of a rip off when you pay to get in and they don't tell you that at the front door to make your decision if you even wanna go in. None of the hot food on the menu that has not been taken off the menu they just are not serving it. Nothing was stocked on everything else they had on the menu very poor selection. Lastly, I witnessed a fight almost break out between a few of the kids that look like they were maybe about 12 years old I can tell one of the kids was a local that was pretty aggressive towards the other two kids, because he was kind of clinging on to the staff member that poorly handled the situation He did not reach out to find parents of the other two kids that were bullied by the one kid he didn't even contact management. He kind of just told them to stop and walked away. I don't think that was properly handle because it was a pretty bad altercation between kids parents should always be contacted. While my kids do enjoy the running and jumping this place has become quite a dump. I've come multiple times in the past couple of months because of a birthday party and my kids meeting up with their friends and every time half of the attractions were closed with some closed permanently. The birthday packages are a rip off and in my opinion not worth it for what they provide but I guess they have to make their money somehow. Also want to note that the bathrooms always reek and are also absolutely disgusting. The entire place could definitely be cleaned more thoroughly. The customer service is pretty mediocre but mainly teenagers working so maybe that's the reason. I think kids will have fun being kids and jumping around but realistically it has a lot of room for improvement. read more

They tried to push fees on me then when I finally told them I don't live that close to come consistently they told me I had to pay for 2 people to jump even though it's only my son who will be jumping. Be weary of this place and how sanitary it actually is. I'd definitely recommend keeping your kids out of the foam pits as they literally have no way of cleaning and sanitizing the foam blocks. We just went recently and now my son has ringworm all over his legs from being in the foam pit. I'm sorry but the foam pits should be banned and replaced with something that can actually be cleaned properly. We came here for the first time for my friend's daughter's birthday party and man is this place crazy busy. I don't know why I didn't expect it to be as busy as it was but I was blown away by the amount of people here. I'll start by saying the kids loved it. My daughter had such a great time jumping around on the trampolines. I was afraid she wouldn't like it much cause she's iffy about the bouncy houses but she had way more fun here. I'm giving it 3 stars because the bathrooms were horrible. Soooo dirty and disgusting. I know it's filled with a ton of people taking their kids to the bathroom all day but I think that's also why they should dedicate more staff to cleaning the bathrooms. Maybe every hour on the hour. There was no tissue/seat covers or anything in the stalls for hours. Definitely not my kind of rodeo when dealing with public bathrooms. Luckily I didn't have to pay for food or anything since it was a birthday party but the food there doesn't seem worth the price and it's definitely not the healthiest stuff. It's too bad the Sky Zones are only located in the depths of Chula Vista. I'll definitely bring my daughter back to jump but maybe not as often as I would if there were a closer one. read more

We've been sky zone visitors for a while now, as I have 2 kids and they've come here together, with friends, for birthdays etc. My son's 14 birthday was coming up and last minute he decides he wants to go to sky zone with his friends. This is Tuesday, so I go online to see if I can prepay his and his friends admission only to find that the party package was way worth it and about the same plus you get the food and drinks in the party room. There was only one spot for that Saturday for the time he wanted ***winning!!!*** I've been to several other "indoor" playgrounds/parks and the party rooms are tiny! These are HUGE! Have a good "bar" area with extra stuff for you. The party favors provided were great and saved me the hassle of putting those together myself. The pizzas are ok, but the kids still devoured them, I mean they're teen boys, they eat anything. Our room host was amazing and a sweetheart! Defo can say that they did not disappoint, great service, the staff would check on us, ask our BD boy if he was having a good time and all! I'm so glad we went this route for his birthday and recommend to any parents, trust, it makes the birthday day so much easier on you! read more
