PSA: one day pass is basically the same as a one month all you can jump pass and there's no minimum commitment. You just have to remember to cancel before the next month whenever you want to stop! I was skeptical of catches but they assured me of all the things so I went ahead with the membership to see if my kids will really go enough to make it worth it. There are foam pits, mazes, trampoline basketball, full trampoline rooms, dodge ball rooms (crazy and stayed away from that), and even a zip line (though that wasn't open all the time and there was a line when it was open). Plus food, arcade games, couches or tables for parents, and birthday rooms. The couches were a nice touch for all the parents waiting!! The kids had a sweaty blast! The staff was also very kind in answering all my questions!

4 stars coz My kids enjoy it here. Minus 1 coz what in the world happened to the popcorn chicken combo. How dare they serve burnt food lol. I'm embarrassed for them. Oh well my kids will eat it. Not gonna let my 13$ go to waste lol

Yesterday, my family purchased memberships to the Sky Zone Chula Vista location. We were sorely disappointed with the condition of the place as many of the attractions were closed, broken or unable to be used as intended. We mostly enjoy using the dodgeball game but there were only two small balls and one flat one with 20 kids. The cleanliness of the place was extremely poor and even the trampoline area had 4 broken trampolines and a ton of kids running and not following the rules clearly displayed but there was very little staff to handle the chaos. There was also a verbal altercation between parents about their kids' poor behavior that made us all uncomfortable. Needless to say, we did not stay very long (although we paid for a full day membership), and do NOT intend to go back to that location. I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE. I MIGHT REMOVE IF AT LEAST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DECENT, IF AND WHEN THEY RESPOND.

Decent size and I've always been here in the mornings so can't really speak to how busy this place gets. Prices are not too bad with two kids and adult membership running around $70 for pretty much all you can jump for a month. They have a few things you can do, zip line, rotating arm that knock out people, but there isn't always enough staff to have them open. Lack of dodgeballs in the dodgeball pit (there are zero). Could be a little better maintained with the day to day stuff, but overall not horrible spot to get your kids energy spent.

    These snacks are expensive!!

It's a nice place for kids....my nephews LOVED IT!! As soon as I walked in, it smelled like a gym. They didn't have any hot food at this location when I went, because of the kitchen being renovated. The snack case contained over priced snacks, which was absolutely ridiculous, for what they were charging. I didn't jump around, so I was given a wrist band that read "Observer". Anyhow, they want to go back, so I guess this place served it's purpose for them.

    Christina V.

Took my kids and paid $27.99 per child and it should have been half the price! -The wipeout area was broken. -Part of the obstacle was broken. -The zip line couldn't be used due to no staffing. Why does the facility look so run down? The owner needs to put some TLC into this place! They had one part time employee working the entire floor, huge red flags.

Oblivious to a kid being attacked in the dodgeball court

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

If I buy the all day pass when is the best time to go so there is less people for the bang for my buck?

Hi Julian, thank you for your interest in Sky Zone San Diego. Weekdays (Monday- Thursday) are typically our slower days. So if your aim is to come when the park is least busy I would suggest visiting us on a weekday. We look forward to your visit…

I was wondering if you have toddler time? If so, what days and times.

Hi Karen, we do have toddler time Sundays 9AM to 11AM & Tuesday's 10AM to 12PM. You can find more details on our website as well: https://www.skyzone.com/sandiego/programs/toddler-time Have a wonderful day and thank you for your interest in Sky…

Do they allow outside food and drink?

No they don't. Not even Starbucks. You can only bring food if you're having a party there but even then you have to pay a fee to be able to. This is as of November 2017 though so I would call to see if anything has changed.

Is the price only for 1 person? Like if I pay for 60 mins is that only for one person

    That is correct (:

Do we need our parents or guardians if we are under 18?

No but you do need them to fill out a waiver for you before having them leave! They may fill it out on our website www.skyzone.com/sandiego HAVE FUN!

I really appreciate all the new additions and renovations. We were out of town for about a month and when we came back, so many of the play stations had been updated. It definitely did not go unnoticed and shows they are investing in the space. One thing I love about this place is how often the staff cleans and reorganizes. No matter how busy it gets, it never feels messy. It also never smells like feet in there, which is honestly a big problem at other indoor playgrounds. The staff does a great job maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. The only downside for us is that our daughter is growing out of it a little too fast. She can get bored if there are not other kids her age to play with. This is truly a great spot for younger children. I do wish they offered an hourly rate instead of requiring a full day pass, because sometimes you just need a quick hour or two to let the kids get their wiggles out. Overall, it is a wonderful, well maintained playground and we will continue recommending it to families with younger kids.

Just a heads-up--you'll need to purchase grip socks if your kids don't already have them. There are designated areas where shoes aren't allowed, which helps keep things clean. While they don't offer a large variety of food, it's understandable since this isn't really a restaurant. It didn't take away from the experience at all. My kids absolutely loved it--they played for a full two hours and definitely could have stayed longer! I also really liked their system of giving kids a sticker with their playtime. They have officially earned my top spot in the Eastlake/Otay Ranch area for salt and pepper wings. The seasoning was outstanding, but the real star of the dish was the crispy garlic and crunchy topping. It added so much flavor and texture that I couldn't stop eating it. The shrimp were perfectly fried--crispy on the outside while still juicy and tender inside, never overcooked. The chicken wings were extra crispy with incredible flavor in every bite. I also ordered the fried rice, which was delicious and paired perfectly with everything else. This order was delivered through DoorDash, and I was genuinely impressed. The food arrived piping hot, fresh, and well-packaged, tasting like it had just come out of the kitchen. That's not always the case with delivery, so it definitely stood out. If the food is this good by delivery, I can't wait to dine in and experience it fresh from the restaurant. iWok has definitely become one of my go-to spots, and I'll absolutely be ordering again.

We were sweating just sitting down. We tried to stay optimistic and headed toward the trampolines, but it was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to jump. There were maybe 10 small benches for approximately 50 parents. Where was everyone supposed to sit? I asked whether a manager was available and explained the situation to the employees at the front. They were understanding, took my phone number and said a manager would call me. No one ever did. I also emailed corporate and received no response. Between the broken air conditioning, extreme heat, overcrowding, lack of seating, pricing difference and complete lack of follow-up, this was a terrible experience. Props to the teams: Sat-Ian (Team Captain), Gary, Doris and Arlene Sun-MC, Amber, Andy and Dan This year's obstacles were crazier and even dirtier than last year. I remember last year I barely got wet and/or dirty and I dried off fairly quick. This year was BANANAS!!! Mud, puddles, foam, water, inner tubes, slides, color, and then some. I was happy I got thru the monkey bars without falling into the water/mud pit. I was not happy that the next obstacle (foam inner tube) I was shot with foam in my face going down the water slide and I almost drowned by getting ran over by another inner tube into the water pit. WOW! Thereafter, you have the revolving balls. You have to get across by walking on the tubes without falling into the muddy water. FAIL!!! Almost drowned in 4 ft of water.
