First, the technicians are always so nice, very knowledgeable and never make me feel like they are trying to sell me a service or equipment I don't really need. I have been a Realtor for almost 15 years and have dealt with many vendors in the HVAC industry. Some have been good, some have been not so good. With Comfort Control, I have had techs here late at night, on weekends (Sunday too) and have never had to wait long for service. I always feel like they are honest and do what needs to be done at a fair price. That is very important to me. Second, I have referred them to a few of my clients and I have never had any of them express anything except complete satisfaction. He replaced some parts and cleaned the air conditioner coils that were covered in mold. Not a cheap repair but a lot cheaper than replacement. System working a lot better now.
