This past weekend I hired AirballingLA for their Nerf battle package for my son's 9th birthday party. This is my first time hiring a company like this so I was initially a bit anxious however I couldn't have been more wrong. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The AirballingLA team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Norman was incredibly responsive prior to booking, promptly answering all of my questions via email and text. Our original party date was going to be rained out and I had to make the decision the day prior to reschedule the party. Nicolas at AirballingLA was extremely helpful throughout this process. Their policy is clearly laid out on their website however he still took the time to walk me through everything over the phone with patience and understanding. Coordinating a new date for 20+ kids (mostly energetic 9-10yrs old boys!) is already no small task, however Nick made it as smooth and as easy as possible. The day of the party, our party coordinator was Alain. He also arrived with a partner, Irene, who mainly assisted him in set up/take down and a bit with the party. Alain did such a fantastic job. He reached out to me via text the day before to confirm details and arrival time. The day of the party, Alain arrived on time and had the Nerf battle ready to go on time. He explained the rules to the kids very clearly prior to beginning their battle. Alain managed gameplay with a great balance of fun and structure ensuring the boys didn't get too rowdy and everyone would have fun, which is exactly what happened!! The kids had an absolute blast (pun intended!), and even the parents couldn't stop talking about how much fun it was. A mom told me in the car on the way home, her son told her the party was "goated," which I've learned is about the highest praise you can get from a 9-year-old! I had to change the date of the booking and it wasn't a problem at all. The activity coordinator Dennis reached out a few days ahead of time to confirm the location and the time he'll be arriving. Arrived an hour ahead of time to set up the battlefield, and conduct a briefing for the participants. Dennis kept all the kids going with different game plays/objectives, and with breaks to reload ammo and to hydrate. They were pretty tired after 1.5 hours.
