    Party Time!
    Carrie G.

We had my twins 7th Birthday party at Rolling Robots and found it to be the best decision made... Pros: Clean location with plenty of lounge space for adults to drink and grab a snack while the kids are entertained. I was able to reach someone anytime of the day and when I left a voicemail message, I got a call right back! Cons: None. Just plan around parking. The Westside Pavilion has free 3 hour parking but most of my guest were able to use the space afforded to them by Rolling Robots. Will definitely recommend this location for STEM party goers...

What a fun place. Kids can build, take classes, 3d Print and engage in huge robot battles. I bet you wish this was the birthday location for your 13th birthday. There is an official robot pit. The people who work there are intelligent, nice and accommodating. Honestly I'm thinking of having a nighttime adult party here.

Very cool spot to have a kids birthday. Had our sons birthday there and my son had a amazing time. He loved the concept. The employees were very very helpful setting up and cleaning up. Kids loved playing with the robots. Making, assembling and playing with the robots was their true highlight. If your kids are into this stuff I highly suggest having your kids party here.

Rolling Robots is a great place for a group birthday party! Really great, patient, kind staff to help the kids learn how to make their very own age-appropriate robots. Fun area to play with your robots with your friends. Highly recommend for kids of all ages!!

Ask the Community - Rolling Robots - LA

I've emailed and called over the past fee weeks but I can't seem to get a response. I would love to sign my son up for a summer week long camp but wanted to know if he could try 1 class first?

Hi Jenny, I am so sorry that we missed your emails and calls. Having a child enjoy our camp is very important to us. Could you please let me know which camp you want to try?

Are you still offering classes? I've tried calling and left messages but have yet to hear back.

Yes, we are. Sorry about not getting back to you sooner. We have winter camps going on. Could you please give me your phone number and I will make sure that we get back to you right away.

What is the pricing on birthday parties??? (even a range would help!) Their website section for pricing is "under maintenance"

Hi Mebot, Thank you for your question. I am sorry that you experienced "under maintenance" due to…

Do they have tent camping available?

    No, they don't.

We were invited to a 5 year old birthday party and it's a cool spot. There's lot of fun activities such as air hockey, basketball, a doll house. magnetic tiles, jumbo jenga tiles, foosball, a VR headset, an art room, big screen TV, and a crafts table. Yes, there's lots of stuff to run around and play with and to fit whatever interest your LO's heart desires. My LO just turned 3 so a lot of the games really weren't for her but she LOVES crafting so we spent most of the time at the craft table The art room looked cool but would be cramped if a bunch of kids ran in there There is a connected room with a long table where the kids eat and pizza and cake are served The owner and his family are super nice and helpful. One star off for no longer having a parking lot. My friend said it had been converted to an outdoor play area but we came on a day it had rained so maybe that's why it wasn't available for the party. Parking is a pain but persistence paid off and I found a spot two blocks down. Be careful of permit only parking areas I don't live in the area so I don't see myself coming often but it think it's a neat place to take your kids but I feel age 5 and over would appreciate it more

I took 2 kids (not mine) age 7 to this camp. The facility is huge with different rooms, activity areas, and even a kitchen to make lunch as a group. The day the kids went, it was lasagna rolls. Before choosing this place, I looked at other day/summer camps like Zooga or options like Pamper N Play. I asked some questions via email and they were pretty fast in responding and being very helpful. Upon arriving, there were a couple kids who were "regulars" and all seemed happy and excited to be there. The facility looks like a very equipped community center/rec room. Clean, well maintained, a huge plethora of toys to keep a kid very busy. During the day they leave the venue to go to the beach, a local park, zip lining, etc. Seems very well run, organized, and they start the day off by having a meeting as a group to talk about the day's schedule and activities. I came to pick up the kids 15 min early and they were having such a good time, I let them play until it was time to go because they did not want to leave. Worth trying out to see if your kid enjoys it!

I chose this one over the one we usually go to (west la) because my mom was getting a procedure done at cedars and I needed to be close when she was ready to go home. When I walked in at around 2:30 and the staff was nice. Checked in and dropped my bag in the cubby. My daughter who is obsessed with balls wanted to go in the ball pit first. So we did that. She was playing with the balls for quite some time when I noticed that a couple of the balls she was playing with had black dirt on them. I took her out immediately and headed somewhere else to have her play. Mind you, this place has nowhere for infants/new walkers to play safely away from bigger kids. There was a baby sitting in the middle of the floor, couldn't be more than 8-9 months, playing with a walker toy while kids ran around her. Fast forward Wednesday 7/8 comes and she has a full on rash on both her arms, legs and her butt. I took her to her pediatrician because it wouldn't go away and they said it was a viral infection. I saw that the owner had said they clean all day every day but at least while I was there the only "cleaning" I saw done was picking up the ball pit balls and putting them back. No sweeping, no mopping, no wiping down anything. Just sitting at the desk. If I was you I'd opt for the west LA / Brentwood location. They not only have a crawler/new walker area, but their parking is free and they were clean!
