We set up a time and a place, and he arrived early, got things set up, and then repped the games that the kiddos played. They all had so much fun! The kids also spent some non game time bumping into each other and rolling each other around. There were even a few game rounds where the parents played too. Young and old all had a blast! Jerry and his partner arrived on time, set everything up in time for the party, and managed the games with fantastic energy and organization. They kept a crowd of 20+ kids (and quite a few parents) engaged and entertained the entire time. The best part is that the parents had just as much fun as the kids! The games were a huge hit, especially parents versus kids. Several guests even asked for the company info because they were so impressed. My friends and I booked Orbit for our best friends groom and bridal parties. Probably not the best…read moreidea in case anyone got hurt (nobody did of course) a week before the wedding. We had THE BEST time. I am a researcher and Orbit blew us away not only aesthetically but was very easy and was the cheapest compared to other companies. Weddings are already expensive as is and their pricing is bar far the best. We chose a big-ish park and we thought it would be hard to find a few inflatables and a soccer ball. They are much much more than that. The set up of the field already set expectations high and they brought their game! We used the full 1 and a half hours and I asked the coordinator if we could add on more time, he said yes so we did for $50. So even though they advertise no add ons, it's only time you can add on. I asked for any upgrades (to test this) and they don't have any, every package comes with all the nuts and bolts the only thing you change and pay for is time! I'm recommending to everyone, they took in game pics and sent them to us! Definitely one for not only the books but the wedding book for sure

They have a great field with flags, cones and everything seems to be high quality and branded well. Our event coordinator, Chase, was great and had the field set up before we even got there. He was energized and funny as he picked up on all of our humor. The gameplay was very fun and exhausting, it's a great workout, which I wasn't expecting. The game modes had us busy for the full 2 hours. Some friends switched in and out too as again, it's a workout and they didn't charge extra. Highly recommend and will book them in the future for sure.

The experience I had with Matt and Bumper Balls LA was unacceptable. I had organized an event for…read moremy coworkers (roughly 20 people) at El Porto Beach in Manhattan Beach. In discussing that location, the only thing Matt mentioned about that location was that it was outside his delivery area so I'd have to pay $20 extra to compensate his staff, which I agreed to. The parking the day of the event was challenging. I received a call and Matt attempted to cancel on me because he couldn't find parking. I asked that he try the lot again and he found parking. That was only the beginning. I had my party set up with tons of equipment 200 yards down the beach from where Matt and his staff parked. Matt asked that I move my party to his location, which wasn't possible due to the vast amount of equipment we had at the location we had staked out earlier in the afternoon. I received a text from Matt saying that he wasn't able to move the equipment to our location and cancelled on me because he had another client in Hollywood that he needed to go to. He never bothered to even stop by our event location to tell me in person, he just cancelled over text. On top of all that, when attempting to be reimbursed for his cancellation, he tried to tell me that I had cancelled on him which was entirely untrue. He only refunded the deposit and $100 off the $350 cost, and refused to credit me even though I never even saw him or the equipment at the beach. So I spent $250 on a completely wasted experience and got nothing but excuses from Matt. I understand that the parking situation was a challenge, but the lack of effort on the part of Matt and his team was unacceptable. I could not be more disappointed with the experience of working with Matt and Bumper Balls LA.
