This multi-day installation went so smoothly that you couldn't tell day to day that other people had been in the house. Four years later, the unit no longer functions properly. That is why I hired another MALE technician to inspect the installation, discovering that the tonnage was not what I was originally quoted, and the attic work was incomplete and unsafe, which caused water damage to my home. At no point did I ever agree to downgrade from a 4-ton system to a 3-ton system. That claim is false, and I would have never approved it. Now, instead of taking accountability, this company is blaming the issues on my system being "tampered with." That excuse only confirms the type of salesman and the lesson this has been for me as a customer. As a female homeowner, I feel I was taken advantage of. I trusted this company to provide honest and professional service, but instead, I was misled, left with the wrong system, and stuck with ongoing problems. I stand by my review: the installation was misrepresented, caused damage to my home, and lacked accountability and ethics from the owner himself.
