My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest night of this week. I requested an appointment asp that night on line. The next morning Oleg called me at 8:00 AM to see when his technician could come out to fix my air conditioner. Daniel my technician, came out as promised even earlier than I expected. Called them "after business hours" at their 916-476-2222 number. Some guy answered and told me they were not open, but to text my home address and they would call me the next day. I called JR Putman and they had a 1 week wait. Airflow called me the next day (it is late June and over 100 degrees in Sacramento). They were super busy but they sqeezed me in because my AC was broken. They came out that same day, quickly realized what it was, replaced the part in less than 5 minutes and BOOM working AC. I've used his services twice now, at our last home 4 years ago and our current one now. BACKGROUND: (Current home) - 3-ton AC unit serving a two story home office. The AC unit itself was fine but the air flow through the vents was not distributed well at all and was all going to 1/3 of the square footage while the upstairs is 2/3 of the space and was getting barely a puff of air through the vents. We'd crank the AC all day and still no cooling. Oleg identified the problem and redid the ducts in the attic, adding some ductwork and modifying other parts of the ducts. In less than 3 hours Oleg and Danny completely revitalized our system and now it goes like it has 3 times the power it use to have! We will save money on the PG&E bill since we don't have to run it nonstop and we'll be more comfortable at the same time since we can really cool the area now! (Previous home) - had a game room over a 4 car garage. That room would cook in the Summer heat. Oleg added 2 vents in the perfect spots and modified the duct work to make a major change and the room could then be cooled easily as compared to before when it couldn't be cooled at all. I found Airflow on yelp and seen that they have great reviews. Our heater broke down this winter and with a two month old baby we needed it fixed asap. I called and spoke with one of the technicians(Mark) and he said they had someone in the area who can stop by and take a look. Daniel, showed up in a timely manor to diagnose the problem. He found the issue very fast, it was a hot surface igniter that had broken/gone bad. He had the part in his truck, got it repaired and was on his way.
