Stopped into Airport Kia of Naples twice. First time I had only 15 minutes to browse and Anthony initially helped me upon arrival and handed me over to Pedro as he was helping someone else. Pedro was very nice and although he wanted to sit down and chat about options but I had limited time and just wanted to look at a few Tellurides to get a feel for the car. Pedro brought his manager Brody over to introduce us and just let him know we were there and Pedro was a great help. Brody was very professional and nice as well, On our way out of Naples, we stopped in again and I brought the whole family so they can check out the car too and get everyone in the car to get feedback. Pedro was there and was able to assist again. We asked to look at some previously owned vehicles and wanted to look at them in person. We saw a nice black Telluride with the works. Then saw two white Tellirides. I don't love the brownish orange leather interior which killed it for me. But then we saw another beautiful white Telluride that was pretty much new, 2025 with only 6k miles. But there was some small exterior damage and the lining around the back windows needed to be fixed as well, not to mention manual back door lift. Nooooooo!!! Lol. It was great to see the cars in person and compare. We saw someone who just bought a gorgeous matte dark grey Kia Sportage and got to talk to them a bit. They said they were trading in their Audi and BMW for a Kia because Kia's technology is so advanced and you get more luxury options for a fraction of the cost. He said his uncle is trading in his Range Rover for a Telluride too. This is CRAZY to me!!! Ha. But hopeful as I keep hearing Kia has been more popular with the technology and how far they have come in everything! We didn't walk out with a car today but it was helpful to compare the options. Jeremy, another manager also approached us to see if we had any questions and we mentioned Brody was assisting us too. Jeremy was very friendly and professional. He was able to assist with questions my husband had regarding Certified Kia options. We really appreciated his time in answering our questions or concerns. Good experience overall. I have been a loyal Kia customer since 2019, and unfortunately, my experience with Airport Kia has become increasingly disappointing. I originally owned a 2019 Kia K5 GT-Line in Wolf Gray with red seats, and I absolutely loved that vehicle. However, for a long time I repeatedly complained about hot water leaking onto my left foot while driving, and even onto the passenger side floor. Despite multiple visits and complaints, I felt like I was constantly given the runaround rather than a real solution. Eventually, due to a malfunction and recall issues, I was forced to give up the car that I loved. I was placed into a 2024 model, which honestly felt like a downgrade because many of the features I enjoyed in my 2019 vehicle were no longer included. I was also sold on additional tire warranty coverage and was led to believe I would be protected if problems arose. When I later experienced tire issues, I found out there were so many restrictions and requirements that the warranty was practically useless. As a single mother at the time, I ended up paying out of pocket for expenses I thought were covered. Now I am dealing with another major issue. My vehicle recently began jerking, jumping, and shutting down while I was driving with my son in the car. The situation became serious enough that the vehicle had to be towed. What pushed me to write this review was the way I was treated when expressing my concerns. While speaking with a member of the service department, I explained my frustrations and worries about my vehicle. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, his immediate response was, "I didn't break your car. It's not my fault." At no point did I accuse him of breaking my vehicle. I was simply trying to express my concerns as a customer who has been dealing with ongoing vehicle issues and is currently without reliable transportation. I understand that not every problem is the dealership's fault, but customer service matters. A little compassion and professionalism go a long way, especially when someone is dealing with the stress of vehicle repairs, towing expenses, transportation issues, and caring for their family. I have always loved Kia vehicles, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope Airport Kia takes customer concerns more seriously and works on treating long-time customers with the respect and understanding they deserve. I also want to point out that I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews. In fact, throughout the years I have consistently left positive comments and praised the service staff whenever I received good customer service. I understand that vehicle issues happen, and I have always tried to be patient and respectful. However, my interaction today with a service representative, whom I believe was named Nick, was beyond disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. When I was expressing my concerns and frustrations about my vehicle, his response was, "I didn't break your car. It's not my fault." That comment was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. He talks down to you, will not listen and is no help with resolving any issues. The entire service department needs coaching and training on how to read the codes to fix cars and talk to customers. BUYER BEWARE- Very dissatisfied in bargaining with these folks. We had a young salesman and his shadow ( new sales person), which were very helpful and answered our questions during the test ride and the beginning of negotiations of a 2024 Kia Sorento S. Our trust left when the associate manager of sales (10 yrs background) came over and took over the negotiations. He stated he would gave us the best deal that he can, blah blah..and to cut to the chase, with $10k cash down, a credit score of 800+ we would be at 7% interest with payments of $735 approx for 48 months. We asked for a tangible quote on paper as we had lined up a test ride with the Ford dealer down the road on a Ford Edge to compare the rides and wanted to sleep (24 hours) on the major purchase. Here's the kicker, when we were not moving on negotiations, he stated he could get us in a Kia Sportage (not what we came in for) AND then continued to compare vehicles. On and on, stating " a Kia Sportage is equal to the Ford Edge". I personally beg anyone to google either "Kia Sorento equal to Ford? or Kia Sportage equal to Ford?" Lost Both SUV's in Hurricane Ian- Got new Telluride @MSRP We just purchased a Telluride SX at MSRP from a local dealer here in Naples,Fl KIA. I cant say enough how helpful Cody, the salesperson was. The owners there are selling these cars at MSRP if your vehicle was lost in the hurricane. It's nice to see a dealer do that. I went to another dealer in Estero- Galeana Kia and they wanted 4k above msrp plus another 3k in dealer add ons...later I told them I had a deal on a 2023 Telluride at MSRP and they matched it, but the whole process did not feel good and I had to haggle. It was not pleasant to say the least. At AirportKia of Naples, with Cody, he told me it was MSRP + 700ish dealer fee and taxes...They even got me 100% financing at a lower interest rate than I got with my CU. They shopped my loan and got me a lower rate and 100% financing, which my CU was not doing. I got a 4.5% interest rate for 72 months vs 6.5% from my CU. Overall, great experience. I will never use this kia I was given a phone estimate for a 2019 kia forte car of $23k and a range of $22k to $25k based on no issues with the car. I also had an 11:30am appt sat Feb 19. When I arrived with a perfect service record and recent perfect car checklist I was told the best I could get was $18.5k. After I got over the shock I was offered $19.5k. I said I would accept no less then $20k even after the shock of this offer. I was told no and was able to leave with no deal. I then returned to accept it to then be told there was nobody to cut me a cheque. They told me to come back Tuesday or Wednesday and did not guarantee me the same deal even after I drove from North York based on the phone conversation. I was even accused of not having an appt today by the manager, after I confirmed it the day before. Unbelievable. So I went to Mississauga Kia where the salesman was pleasant and honest and returned with an offer of $20k without knowing any of the above numbers. A terrific fellow. I had the good fortune to work with Bill as a salesperson. He was great and listened. The bad: the Telluride is in short supply so they are adding a "market adjustment" fee which means you'll pay over MSRP. His manger's sales tactics were a bit hard as he pushed to close but I'm not willing to pay over MSRP for ANY car because it's named car of the year. My advice is to do your homework, know what you're willing to spend and stay the course. I had my checkbook with me but I just couldn't pay more than the Telluride's sticker price. Eventually the demand will retreat and 2022 models will be hitting dealers. The economy will cool once supplier constraints have eased. The owner of the dealership commented that he is selling all his Telluride inventory and while that's true I know a lot of people who are smart and refuse to pay an adjustment. Keep in mind that there are 11 models of cars that are going above MSRP right now. As a business person I can predict prices coming down because eventually demand will subside. read more

I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. First, this is the only dealership I've ever seen where the managers position their desks in the center of the showroom, no walls, unlike most dealerships where managers hide in some back office. Service after the sale, I personally watched the General Manager Mike Dent inspect a customer's new car for cleanliness before the new customers took ownership, no dealership does that. Lastly, the huge spacious service lounge is my favorite. Most dealerships crowd everyone in a small space next to a janitorial closet and swinging bathroom door. My recent experience at Kia proved to be a total letdown compared to previous appointments with the Service Department. Upon meeting with the assigned service associate, I mentioned two issues I wanted checked in addition to the scheduled maintenance. When I came in to pick up my car several hours later, the associate went over the invoice, and did not mention either of my concerns. When I asked, he became defensive and said, "we check everything so there is no problem..." When I inquired about the situation that required a small part, he said that he thought I meant something else (?), but he would go check on it. He returned in a few moments and said, "I have good news for you. I am going to save you money, because I don't have the part in stock." I asked if he could get the part. He said he would order it and call me when it came in. This was three weeks ago. No call! In addition to this lackadaisical attitude, he made a disparaging "joke" about my age, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I purchased the tire warranty (as I have with my other two previous Kias). The service department claimed they could not find the vehicle under my name or VIN number after he waited 20 minutes. The best they could do was put air in for him or he could purchase a tire at full price. They recommended returning to the dealership where it was purchased! REALLY?! Drive with a bad tire? I took my car in for an alignment and was told that while starting the car to drive it into the bay they had issues and had to jump my car. I have NEVER had any issues with the battery and was shocked to here that. They said I needed a new battery and a new cable that connects to the battery. Again, I never had issues before. I told the guy "I won't have problems with my car when I leave here, right?" He said he couldn't tell me but that they didn't do anything. Three days later my car wouldn't start (I got a new battery, problem fixed). Maybe the battery died that day at Kia and it was a coincidence. However, two months after the alignment I had issues with the steering rod and had to replace it. Idk if the steering rod and alignment parts are connected, but I'm skeptical on the steering rod breaking just two months later. Lastly, when the steering rod was all done the guy gave me my keys and told me that my airbag light is now on. It was not on when I turned my car in. Why didn't they make the effort to fix the airbag light on their behalf. It was obviously not on prior and something must of happened while fixing the steering rod. I expressed concerns over their $8500 dealer "market" fee which is not a fee from Kia then the sales managers informed me that if I didn't like the $8500 fee they wouldn't even let me test drive one so we had to leave. All this after I listened to this slimy sales manager try to talk me into a recurring lease program for while scribbling incoherently on a piece of paper for 30 minutes while I repeatedly expressed that I had no want for a lease. Don't pay this insane $8500 fee and if you happen to go there make sure you don't talk to any of the sales managers. It's their job to screw you over.
