My upstairs a/c had broken and was looking for someone knowledgeable, skillful and trustworthy to do the repair. I was praying that a repair was still possible because having to buy a new unit would have put such a strain on my finances, especially after needing to make a costly unforeseen emergency trip back to my home country. I asked for an invoice and he never sent it to me. He stopped by the house to test other stuff but never fix the problem. He said he don't wanna continue reviewing the problem but never fixed it. So I had a party scheduled at my house on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day and all of the sudden my AC unit stopped blowing out cold air! I was desperate! I went on Facebook and numerous people from my community recommended this company! I called the company and approximately an hour later they were at my door! They repaired the AC unit due to a part going out and I was extremely lucky Mr. Marten had the replacement part in his truck! We had a problem with our air conditioner. We called a company who said they fixed it but it broke down two days later. They came back and said the condenser went down. The insurance was going to pay for it all but the company tagged on $1,800. which the insurance did not cover. We called Airtech brothers for a second opinion. Neil found that the other technician overfilled the condenser with Freon by almost five pounds. Neil also said the extra $1,800 were for things that should be part of the replacement of a new condenser. Neil is knowable, honest & efficient, gave us a great price. We had a technician we know who is the ultimate expert visiting two weeks later from up north. Neil was awesome! My AC had been short cycling for quite a while and I decided to give Neil a call on a Saturday morning to schedule a visit. To my surprise, Neil picked up and let me know that he would be available the next day (Sunday) to come take a look. He showed up Sunday early afternoon, took a look at both the AC unit and control board and was able to diagnose the problem. He was communicative and let me know that he would look for the part the next day and, if he was able to obtain it, he would be back to replace the needed part.
