In that quote I was comfortable asking questions and they were very fast and kind in answering those questions. THEN...when they came, they moved their schedule around to fit mine. They finished really quickly and were very respectful when teaching me (a dolt) how everything works. And when folks come to do work, we all know how it goes. "Hey this was the quote but we had to tweak the smooth knobs a little more than we thought". This is fine. That's standard. So the talk starts "so I quoted you for some duct work and it was easier than we thought so I'll charge you $200 less". They were respectful of my needs. Willing to be VERY clear with me. And displayed an incredible amount of integrity when it came to the billing. I would use them for any business they provide and I will always recommend them in a heartbeat. Incredible service. Incredible integrity. And I write this as the cool crisp air flows pleasantly through my house on this late spring afternoon.

The problem was a broken latch which I already knew. They then quoted me an additional $262 for the repair. The price seemed high, but I wanted to get the issue resolved, so I agreed to move forward. Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My AC decided to die on me last week and these guys were amazing!…read more First of all I live in a gated community of townhomes and my unit is in the middle so access is not an easy task. Upon arrival these guys were friendly and very informative. They assessed the situation and let me know the fan in the unit had been completely destroyed by something getting into it. Both of my outdoor AC unit and the indoor funace/ac were 20 yrs old and not functioning well to begin with, then it started making a rattling sound and was super loud then it just stopped completely, which is the reason I called. Chase was very helpful showing me my different options and explaining the difference between them all, he offered the option of financing and helped me through the payment process and explained clearly when I asked about thier cancelation policy which was as simple as if you cancel then u are refunded your deposite in full no questions asked. The delivery of the unit was complicated as I am the middle unit in my complex so They brought in a crane and Regie helped the incredible operator direct it onto my back deck with no damage to my gutters and precision of placement, he put the new unit in place and had the old unit removed again by crane which is quite a task but such an amazing option to have especially in my situation. He also removed my old furnace/ac in the basement and brought all new equipment down for the following morning. He was a one man show on this job aside from the crane operator, I'm assuming because of the 4th of July the day before, and he crushed it!! The next day Todd and his partner showed up early and orked diligently and effectively! They we're able to come up with solutions with the thermostat and wiring that saved me some dry wall repair, which I greatly appreciate!! Overall my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy team of employees and buisness!

Several weeks ago I made an appointment for a general routine furnace and a/c inspection and service. They booked me for 6/18...I asked for an early morning appointment and was advised that the closest they could come would be an 0800 to 1100 window. Had not heard anything from them until 6/18 when I called them at 0900 to see if I was scheduled...they confirmed. At 0955 they texted me to advise the tech was running late but would be there shortly. I texted back and asked how many calls the tech had made that morning. I received no response. No one ever showed up. At 1100 I called to reschedule as I couldn't wait around any longer for them. They suggested that I not reschedule as they were several weeks out and couldn't get to me until il mid-August. I couldn't believe that...a long time customer who purchased a full system from them 9 years ago...who has had them service my system every year for both heating and cooling...and this is how they think they should solve a problem that they created. They have absolutely zero problem wasting customer time, and make absolutely no effort in trying to remedy a situation in favor of the customer. I told them that I was taking my business elsewhere. Maybe there has been a change in ownership and/or management, but whatever it is, I'm staying away from them...far away.

We told him about the motherboard issues he checked it & said it worked fine . He said he could get us the part later in the day but was able to light our furnace & get us heat . The first person I spoke to was a woman. She assured me that their workers would keep me informed…read moreif they needed to make changes. They were here the next day. They were prompt. It went downhill from there. The cover for the drain was broken. It was not broken before they arrived. Perhaps, they broke it to place the hose inside the drain to empty the water inside the tank. They never told me about this. They left without mentioning it. I was left with a large hole in the drain cover. Anything can roll down the drain and block the pipe. Then they moved the tank about two feet. The new configuration of pipes blocks me from accessing the tank and the side of my furnace. The pipes shake violently if I slightly touch them. This is a gas leak ready to happen. They never mentioned that they moved the tank until they were leaving. I was shocked when I walked downstairs and saw the mess they left behind. I called them and the same woman answered. Not once did she say they were going to make things right. They should have done the job the right way the first time. She called me the next day and said the owner wanted to come see it for himself. Not once did she apologize or say that they would make it better. She hd already lied to me about their workers communicating with me, I did not trust them coming over again. I need to hire a plumber to reconfigure the mess left behind by 911. Heck, with this mess I will probably need to call the real 911 when the gas starts to leak, Avoid this company. I wish I could give them negative stars. I have lived in eight different decades. I am a senior. I have a limited income. I cannot afford to pay another two thousand dollars to fix the mistakes of another company.

I've lived in Salt Lake City for 6 years now and I've never had central air conditioning. Looking back I don't know why I went through all this trouble when I should've just gotten central air all along. All that to say, this year I finally was like, what am I doing? And made the decision to finally install central air in my home. BJ and his team came and looked at my home, explained to me in the simplest terms what needed to be done, and were able to get started with the install the following week. I was so appreciative of how he explained the whole process, especially because I know absolutely nothing about air conditioning units. He was very thorough and direct, and I trusted him and his team immediately. I was out of town while they were doing the majority of the install, and felt so comfortable with them being in my house while I was gone. BJ always reached out and let me know when they would be entering my home, and was very communicative about when they would be stopping by. Since the install a week ago, I've had a couple of questions and BJ has been extremely responsive. I texted him a question on Sunday night and he responded right away and had his team at my house to fix the issue on Monday morning. I met with several different companies while I was looking to do the install, and BJ was the most responsive and the best price that I was able to find during my search.
