We are newer home owners, and this was one of our first big projects. From calling to book an appointment and getting the estimate booked quickly/within a shorter timeframe, to a very thorough appointment -we felt satisfied right away. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and took their time. We worked with Bobby the owner and Robal for communications, Julie the owner also gave us a call to check in. The only part of the process that took longer was the towns fault on slow permit processing, which to add, American Airflow gave us updates on timeframe during it. We also didn't have to do any of the permit work other than set up final inspections. They used a really great electrician company that we plan to use for other upcoming projects as well. Day of install came, techs were on time, professional, polite, extremely neat while working and with clean up, and took the extra time to explain the units to me as well as the (slightly tricky Mitsubishi) remote. The price and customer service hands down beat the other competitors we had estimates with and we're really happy we went with them...also relieved to no longer lug those pesky window units in next summer/anymore!

Wow. Do I feel taken advantage of. My central A/C stopped working during a heat wave and called…read moreAllstate. They arrived and stayed approximately 15 min. Told me that they got the unit going and put 2 lbs of freon in. Was told I need a new unit. A/C ran for 6 days and stopped working again. Called in someone else who told me that the reason my unit stopped running was that the coils were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Freon was not the issue. He cleaned the coils and gave my unit a go over and told me I do not need a new unit. He stayed about 1 hour going over the unit and making sure everything was working properly. Charged me less than 1/2 of what I payed Allstate for less than 15 minutes of service. To add insult to injury I found out that I was overcharged for the 2 lbs of freon by Allstate ($450.00).

Nope, nope, nope. Two guys showed up to install my dishwasher. One stood there the entire hour…read moreand did NOTHING. After they left, I went to put dishes in the dishwasher and the entire thing came out of the cabinet! They didn't even screw it in! My husband had to redo the whole thing after he got home. Then, instead of swiping my card to pay, they WRITE DOWN YOUR CC # on their invoice! The next day, there were 3 fraudulent charges on my CC card that AMEX alerted me to. Had to replace my CC. They charged me $275 for one hour of shoddy work that we had to re-do and none of it was actual plumbing work... only installing the dishwasher. No thanks.
